An excellent choice of hotel in an enjoyable and trendy area of Mumbai.
Pros:

Bloom Boutique is located on quite a busy road in Bandra, to the front but that doesn't mean there is any more road noise than other parts of the city. Bandra is also a really good location for shopping, dining and bars and many such locations can be easily reached on foot, or by taxi / auto rickshaw. Within the hotel, there's a smart cafe on the ground floor. Dining room and breakfast hall are on two lower floors. The ground level falls away to the rear of the hotel, so the lower Ground (breakfast) room is on street level at the rear of the premises.
I arrived just after midday and went to the cafe for refreshment. Whilst I was there I saw several groups of ladies coming in to set-up games of Mahjong. That non-residents can use the cafe and that they should choose this location and that is, to my mind, very much a positive point.
Rooms are light and airy with good A/C. All the staff were super helpful and I would definitely recommend this as a good place to stay.

Cons:

The only point I consider could be improved upon is the self-serve coffee (pod) machine in the breakfast hall. I thought the coffee it produced was third-rate at best. By way of comparison, the Cafe on the ground floor has a proper coffee machine and the coffee there was excellent. That doesn't mean baristas should be on hand to operate a machine all through breakfast hours, only that much better self-service machines, which grind beans to produce each cup, are readily available.

Comfortable !
Pros:

The Suite room is very spacious. Kinda like a living room and bedroom together. Clean as well. Close to many restaurants. Service with a smile from housekeeping and front desk.

The false ceiling in the bathroom of 308 over the wash basin looked dirty and could have been cleaned before the guest was allotted the room.

We loved our stay in Mumbai & Bloom Boutique made it simple & easy to navigate.
Pros:

Bloom Boutique was in a great location & had awesome facilities with cafe & restaurants. This made it easy when we were tired & didn’t feel like venturing out. The staff we helpful and we adored the morning breakfast staff. The rooms were spacious & clean.

Cons:

We struggled a little with the lack of hot water.

Pros:

Excellent location walking distance to Bandra cafes, linking road market and 15 mins drive from Carter road, bandstand, juhu beach. Excellent service and comfortable and clean room. The attached restaurant Vranda serves wonderful food.

Needs serious maintenance and renovations. The building might come down without that.

Cons:

The place needs serious renovation and maintenance. In my room I had to switch of the AC because I felt cold and when I woke up the next day, the whole floor was covered in water. I don’t know where the water came from, most likely some broken pipe somewhere but it was bad. Even when i just checked in the room, the bathroom walls to floor was drenched in water. I did complain to the staff the next day.
