DECEPCIONANTE EL LUGAR ES BONITO LA ATENCIÓN PÉSIMA

Cons:

La atención fué pésima me dieron las llaves llego y no hay luz regreso con la recepcionista me dice hay varias habitaciones que no tienen mantenimiento me da otra 3 llaves ella está en la otra sucursal y me dice cheque que habitación tiene luz no se me indica dónde están los enchufes. Malísima atención me fui muy decepcionada del lugar al siguiente día reportó el problema y me dicen en donde estaban los enchufes y como hacer uso de la luz ya que tienen ventiladores con cadenas y con ella se aviva la luz COSA QUE NO ME INDICARON LA NOCHE ANTERIOR

Cons:

Lo único que sí noté y no me gustó mucho fue la limpieza del baño. Lo noté por la cortina de baño que ya tenía moho. Y si se veía un poco sucio el baño, pero en el área de la regadera. El colchón, tal vez entiendo un poco lo del hotel/mesón, sí estaba duro el colchón. 😅

No tiene estacionamiento, hice mi reservación para el Mesón de Isabela, y me mandaron a otro hotel porque ya no había ahí lugar. El cuarto muy pequeño.

Die Lage ist top!

Cons:

Ich hatte die Unterkunft wegen der Terrasse gebucht. Diese war abgesperrt, wegen WM, jedoch konnte man durch das Fenster sehen, dass noch überhaupt keine Vorbereitungen hierfür getroffen worden waren. Ich habe mehrfach um Zutritt gebeten, da ich auch rauche. Als Ausländerin und als Frau hätte ich mich nicht wohlgefühlt, nachts auf der Straße zu stehen. Das Personal und Management hat mich mehrfach einfach ignoriert.
