Hello,

I would like to request a refund for my stay because I did not feel safe in this accommodation.

During the night, someone outside repeatedly shouted “hey” and other loud things several times. As there was no staff available after the hostess finished her shift, I had no one to contact or ask for help. I cannot know what that person’s intentions were, but being alone in the building without any staff present made me feel unsafe.

The sleeping area also raised serious safety concerns. The loft is accessed by very steep metal stairs, and the wall and surrounding structure next to the bed have visible cracks and damage. I was genuinely afraid to move around during the night because I was worried about falling. In the event of an emergency, I do not believe I could have exited safely.

Additionally, the lights were flickering during my stay, which further increased my concerns about the overall condition of the property.

I understand that I used the bed and the Wi-Fi, and I am not claiming that I was unable to stay. However, I booked this accommodation expecting a safe environment. Instead, I spent the night feeling anxious and unable to relax because I did not feel secure.

The air conditioning unit was also extremely loud, producing a constant noise similar to a helicopter. It made it very difficult to relax or sleep comfortably throughout the night.

For these reasons, I believe a refund, or at least a partial refund, would be a fair resolution. I have attached photographs showing some of the safety concerns I observed during my stay.

I not like this hotel and room 💯💯💯

Cons:

I really felt very sad , air-conditioning not working properly. Room height is more and air-conditioning is little. Room does not meet my expectations. Noise from outside road is too much. I not slept properly all night . Not good room and location . Washroom very small . Fridge not working properly.

Adreste kapı no verilmemiş bulmakta zorlandık.

A lovely choice in Budapest
Pros:

The hotel is located in district 6 on Andrássy street, a quite safe neighbourhood with shops, cafes and restaurants. Tram and metro lines are 5 minutes away. It has an elevator and the receptionists are quite helpful. It was our first time in Budapest and we were quite satisfied.

Cons:

Nothing to add here.

Удобное расположение. Чистая, светлая комната со всеми удобствами, дружелюбный персонал
Pros:

Отель расположен в 20 минутах ходьбы от исторического центра рядом с метро. Улица с бутиками совсем рядом. Также рядом много кофе и ресторанов. Отель расположен в старинном здании с внутренним двориком. Комната небольшая, с высокими потолками и большим окном. Инструкции, как попасть внутрь очень понятные. Персонал дружелюбный, все объясняет. Кровать удобная. Белье свежайшее. 2 отдельных одеяла, за что огромное спасибо. Туалет и душевая кабина в отдельных комнатах.

Great analogy price / comfort
Pros:

It was great for the price! Clean, spacious and next to the metro. In front of the Main Street - couldn’t ask for more with that price!

Cons:

Noisy because it was right on the Main Street - wich is also a loud one!
