Konumu çok merkeziydi.

Cons:

Oda çok küçüktü. Ayrıca zemin kaplaması olan halı kaplaması çok pisti. Astım hastaları için hiç iyi değil. Oda değiştirmek istediğimizi söyledik ama boş oda olmadığını söylediler. Odanın penceresi apartman boşluğuna bakıyordu hiç temiz hava gelmiyordu.

Harika bir deneyim
Pros:

Metro istasyonuna olan konumu, şehir merkezinde bulunması, hemen altında market olması ve en güzeli deluxe oda için inanılmaz uygun fiyatıyla muazzam bir manzara sunması. Çok memnun kaldım ki bu platformda ilk kez bir otele 10 puan veriyorum sanırım

Pros:

El hotel está en la planta 4ª de un imponente edificio histórico. Tiene ascensor. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar la zona histórica de Budapest. A diez minutos andando del bus del aeropuerto. La habitación tiene un pequeño balcón con bonitas vistas. Obsequian con un botellita de vino blanco espumoso y bombones a la llegada y dispone de cafetera nexpresso y te van reponiendo cápsulas casi diariamente.

Cons:

La moqueta del suelo. El olor del cuarto de baño a la comida de alguno de los locales de los bajos resulta algo molesto. La ducha es bastante pequeña. No repusieron las toallas ningún día durante una semana. El jabón y gel del baño huelen a desinfectante.

Un soggiorno impeccabile nel cuore della città!
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale, con la fermata della metro praticamente sotto casa! La camera era luminosissima e super pulita. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo le coccole dello staff: dallo champagne di benvenuto alle capsule del caffè disponibili ogni mattina, fino al cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Cura dei dettagli al top, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Розташування готелю було ідеальним. Дизайн номеру дуже сподобався, не зважаючи на те, що сам номер був маленьким. Але все зручно розставлені і в номері є все саме необхідне.

Cons:

Єдине, що мені не сподобалося - це якість прибирання. Деякі поверхні були пильні та душова кабіна була погано вимита.

The hotel itself was fine, but the experience with the reception manager was unnecessarily unpleasant and unprofessional. She insisted on taking my personal email address even though I booked through Booking.com and all reservation details and invoices are already handled through the platform. I politely explained that I prefer not to share my personal email for privacy reasons, which is completely my right as a customer.

Instead of handling the situation professionally, she reacted poorly and even said they might cancel my reservation and refuse to let me into the room unless I provided the email address. The whole discussion felt unnecessary and inappropriate. She later realized she was mistaken and stepped back from what she said, but the way the situation was handled left a very negative impression.

Eşsiz konum, rahat oda, harika personel
Pros:

Lokasyon mükemmel görülecek tüm noktalara yürüme mesafesinde. Resepsiyonda çalışan Dodo her konuda çok yardımcı oldu, çok ilgili ve nazikti. Bir daha gidersem kesinlikle aynı tesiste kalırım.

Ulaşımı kolay, odaları temiz, tavanı yüksek ve çalışanları ilgili olan, çok memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu.
Pros:

Tesisin konumu M3 metrosunun dibindeydi ve yanında lidl market, yemek yerleri vs olmasi artiydi. Ayrıca cogu gezilecek yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Çalışan ilgiliydi check in saatinden önce valizlerimizi bagaj odasına bıraktık bu da iyiydi. Asansör olmasi da güzeldi ayrıca odanın tavan yüksekligi iki ev kadardi nerdeyse bu da cok güzeldi ve oda temizdi biz memnun kaldık.

Girişinin önünde evsiz insanlar vardi fakat zararsızlardi

Pros:

Les équipements, l’isolation sonore entre les chambres.

Cons:

L’étroitesse des chambres. Les bruits, les portes fermées en les claquant, les discussions incessantes, fortes du personnel de nettoyage après 9 heures du matin.
En même temps les jeunes femmes sont très sympathiques quand on les croisent !
