Pros:

Very helpful friendly staff.
Walking distance to most sights.

Cons:

The heating did not work the first night, but it was fixed promptly when staff were informed.

Το ξενοδοχείο στεγάζεται μέσα σε ένα εντυπωσιακό παλιο κτήριο και βρίσκεται σε κεντρικότατο σημείο. Στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε σαμπάνια για καλωσόρισμα!!

Stay in heart of Budapest
Pros:

Loved the location - close to metro, restaurants & cafes, supermarket, buses. Easy walking to lots of tourist attractions. Loved the gracious look of the old building. Very quiet, clean & safe. I'd stay there again.

Cons:

Signage identifying the hotel very hard to find. Better to say close to Lidl supermarket & right next to PizzaMe.
Would be good to include bottled water & breakfast tea bags in the room. Only a small issue really.

A pleasant stay made even better by Virag's exceptional service and professionalism.
Pros:

I would especially like to thank Virag at the reception for her outstanding service. She was patient, friendly and professional, and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Her help made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. Experienced and dedicated staff like Virag make a real difference and are a great asset to any hotel.

Cons:

I have no particular complaints about my stay. Everything was fine, and I appreciated the helpful and welcoming service.

Loved our stay in Budapest. Location was the best with public transit so close & major attractions
Pros:

Location was fabulous. Staff was very helpful & cheerful. It was very quiet considering it's on a busy street.

Cons:

Shampoo in the room would be more appreciated than champagne.

Wir sind 100% begeistert und empfehlen mit maximaler Zufriedenheit!
Pros:

Wir waren als Paar dort und auch zum ersten Male in Budapest. Entscheidungsgründe waren die Zimmerbilder, die zentrale Lage und die attraktive Umgebung auf den Fotos. Und es hat alles wunderbar gepasst: Das Zimmer: war gemütlich, sauber, ruhig und hatte Kühlschrank mit Begrüssungssekt, eine Nesspressomaschine und auch einen Wasserkocher - wir schlafen gerne und beginnen den Tag gerne mit Cafe im Morgenmnantel, was hier auch wirklich möglich ist. Wir Laufen gerne duch schöne alte Städte und da bietet Budapest unendlich viel. Es beginnt schon im Hotel, dessen Hauseingangshalle früher Platz für mehrere Kutschen bot, dann die imposanten Treppenhäuser und fast 4 Meter hohen Türen. Die Lage: im Radius von nur 5 km sind wir in 6 Tagen 60km staunend zu Fuss gelaufen, inkl. vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten, beider Stadhügel auf der anderen Donauseite (die Donau-Brücke beginnt gleich vor der Haustür links), hunderter Gastronomieangebote (von 10€ bis über 100€ alles nur Minuten enfernt) und natürlich für die eigene Zimmerverpflegung: ein LIDL Markt zwei Hauseingänge nach Rechts.

Cons:

Wir haben uns bei der Ankunft durch die imposante Grösse im grossen alten Gebäudekomplex irritieren lassen und mussten die Rezeption erst suchen...aber dann haben wir auch schnell verstanden, warum das Hotel nichts für Kinder ist: die würden sich verlaufen und wären mit den verschachtelten grossen Sicherheitstüren einfach überfordert. Der Vorteil für uns Gäste: die erholsame Ruhe im gesamten Haus :-)

Неймовірний вид та атмосферний балкончик . Затишний та стильний номер. Приємно здивувала пляшечка ігристого) це те, що треба по приїзду. Дружній персонал

Cons:

Відсутність халату та капців(
І думаю, що у такого рівня помешкання мають бути засоби гігієни в кожному номері . Але ці мінуси ніяк не сказалися на комфорті перебування. Варто знати на майбутнє

Best place in Budapest
Pros:

In my opinion, this is the most wonderful place to stay in Budapest. The metro is right next door, and the building itself houses a grocery store, a currency exchange office, a pizzeria, a Starbucks, and a bakery. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit cold, but they provided a heater immediately. The streets on either side of the building are ideal for exploring and dining, and it’s within walking distance of the river. I will definitely stay here again when I come back.

Pros:

La stanza che ci è stata assegnata, con vista sui palazzi sul Danubio, era molto bella, pulita, spaziosa il giusto e confortevole.
Il personale è sempre stato gentilissimo e disponibile, ci hanno anche fatto lasciare le valigie post check out per svariate ore.
Sotto la struttura, trovate a 2 metri di numero sia Starbucks che la Lidl, ben collegata coi mezzi di ogni tipo, e comunque a piedi dista non più di 300 metri dal centro (infatti siamo andati spesso a piedi verso i quartieri adiacenti).
Consigliatissimo.

Great location and beautiful views!
Pros:

The location was fantastic! Close to Elizabeth Bridge and within walking distance of so many attractions. Our room had a lovely terrace with a beautiful view.

Cons:

The stairs at the entrance were a bit of a pain when carrying suitcases. Pretty typical for Europe, but still inconvenient when travelling with luggage.
