All good
Staff was very curtious and behavior was very good.
Food quality and its taste.
It was my ever worst experience to dine in such a pathetic food in so sophisticated city of Lahore. I think management and chef are least concern about the food quality and taste.
Secondly, its a very bad cleaning in buffet area.
Check-in is very painful either its process is lengthy or staff is not well trained.
TV cable reception is very poor.
Peaceful luxury environment and professional staff behaviour
“I liked the location of the hotel and the staff members were friendly and cooperative.
The housekeeping staff did not clean the room and washroom properly. Several essential washroom items were missing, and the overall cleanliness was below expectations.
In addition, the telephone operator rarely answered calls. I had to call multiple times and repeatedly follow up before my request was attended to and the required items were sent. This caused unnecessary inconvenience during my stay.
I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping and guest service standards to provide a better experience for future guests.
Please replace or repair the intercom system. The voice quality is not clear, making communication difficult. Calls are often unclear, which causes inconvenience when contacting hotel staff.
