The staff was so slow , made us wait for everything for so long
Everything
I have been staying with them for a good while and its been nice always. The breakfast has so many options nd is really tasty. howevef i feel the standard has gone down in terms of room services.
My room smelled of cigarettes despite the fact that I requested a non smoking room, the bedsheets and room in general was really damp which made my stay a bit distasteful. No tissue napkins in my room. In fairness I dint ask for napkins but should it be obvious?
Excellent
It was not was worst stay ever

Actually, it’s mainly the location it’s near MM Alam, restaurants are nearby, so you can go out to eat or order food as well.

One issue with Indigo is that the rooms are very small. The larger rooms cost more than 25,000. If your budget is around 16–17k and you still want to stay at Indigo, the rooms are extremely tiny when you get off the bed, the wall is right there next to you. They’re that small.
Honestly, instead of staying there, you can easily get a nice luxury apartment in DHA or Gulberg for around 15–16k per day. I’ve experienced it myself, and I think it’s better to stay somewhere else instead. Thank you.
