Instalaciones limpias y cómodas, buen servicio, muy céntrico su ubicación cerca del centro de Zapopan, la Basilica y el Bosque Colomos
Comfortable bed, clean, good A/C.
No staff during the stay whatsoever, we had enquiries before our stay and during our stay needed assistance (needed a blanket). We emailed, messaged through WhatsApp, through Booking app, nothing worked, we only got automated messages. There’s no one in reception, no staff to help.

No tiene estacionamiento, deberían de incluirlo en la tarifa y llegar un convenio entre el estacionamiento y el hotel, para que no se tenga que pagar de forma independiente, y eso le daría mas ventajas al hotel. No vi restaurante dentro del hotel, si habia no me di cuenta, el gym pocas máquinas pero todas muy buenas !

Me gustó la atención del equipo staff, la ubicacion, las camas confortables, las zonas comunes, servicio de café permanente, lavandería.
La primera noche, se nos asignó una habitacion qué no contaba con mesa de noche, y no contaba con puerta en el baño.
