Schönes Zelt

Mein Freund und ich haben für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel übernachtet und über 300 US-Dollar für ein Zelt bezahlt – bei diesem Preis erwartet man einen entsprechend professionellen Service. Leider wurden wir in nahezu allen Punkten enttäuscht.

Bereits bei der Ankunft zeigte sich ein sehr unangenehmer Unterschied in der Behandlung der Gäste: Während eine spanisch sprechende Familie freundlich empfangen, mit Getränken versorgt und ausführlich betreut wurde, wurden wir kommentarlos in einen Golfwagen gesetzt und zur Rezeption gebracht. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an minimal und distanziert.

Auch an der Rezeption setzte sich dieses Verhalten fort. Mit der spanisch sprechenden Familie wurde aktiv und freundlich gesprochen, während wir, die nur Englisch sprechen, praktisch ignoriert wurden. Statt einer Einweisung oder Erklärung der Anlage wurde uns lediglich zugerufen, wo sich unser Zimmer befindet. Keine Informationen zu Pool, Restaurantöffnungszeiten oder sonstigen Angeboten – nichts.

Wir wurden anschliessend einfach bei unserem Zelt abgesetzt. Ohne Orientierung, ohne Hinweise, ohne jegliche Betreuung. Sämtliche Informationen mussten wir uns mühsam über WhatsApp erfragen, wobei die Antworten teilweise lange auf sich warten liessen. Besonders auffällig war, dass spanisch sprechende Gäste aktiv zu Sehenswürdigkeiten gefahren und umfassend betreut wurden, während wir komplett auf uns allein gestellt waren.

Auf Nachfrage wurde uns später erklärt, dass man „nicht so gut Englisch spreche“ – gleichzeitig konnte man uns dann aber doch problemlos auf Englisch alles erklären. Es entsteht klar der Eindruck, dass hier nicht ein Sprachproblem vorliegt, sondern schlicht kein Interesse daran besteht, nicht spanisch sprechende Gäste angemessen zu betreuen.

Ein solches Klassenverhalten habe ich in dieser Preiskategorie noch nie erlebt.

Excelente lugar para descansar y convivir dentro de un ambiente natural.

El lugar es muy tranquilo, esta excelente para descansar inmerso en la naturaleza y la selva yucateca. Las carpas estan muy limpias y bonitas.

Super hôtel mais le service est à améliorer
Pros:

Son emplacement en pleine forêt est génial, on est vraiment isolé de tout. Les Glamping sont très confortable et rendent vraiment l’expérience incroyable. Le personnel du restaurant est adorable idem pour le spa.

Cons:

Le personnel à la réception ne parle pas anglais ce qui rend la communication très difficile. Ajouté à ça Ils se sont trompés sur le massage que l’on avait demandé et avait oublier de retirer la somme prépayée sur notre facture finale. Pour un hôtel de ce standing c’est quand même très regrettable.

I think once the weather gets hotter, the tents would be a bit much without air conditioning. So I would keep this in mind when booking your stay . It was comfortable for us at the time we went which was the last weekend in February.

The spa prices are very high even compared to 5 star around the world standards. The spa facilities were lovely and a massage would be peaceful there no doubt, but because of the cost, it’s something that I think most would consider unjustifiable. If they were even 750-1000 pesos less I think they would be fully booked . Also at the current rate even if you booked a service because the price is so high it doesn’t leave much room to offer a tip for service .

One thing that needs tuning was we didn’t receive our coffee service on Sunday which was inconsistent with the rest of the week . Which stands out when you consider where the level of this resort is .

Calidad precio alimentos y falta de frigobar

Cons:

Calidad precio de los alimentos. Que tengas q pagar más por visitar sus otros cenotes
Que no haya agua fría disponible en la habitación ni se pueda conseguir en cualquier momento, es época de fuerte calor. Es necesario un frigobar para esa zona.
