Pros:

The staff were great and very helpful. The room was amazing. Very clean, spacious, well-serviced. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary tools. The garden was very nice and added a lot of value to the experience. Having a super market in the same building made the stay much better.

Cons:

The main issue to us was the AC. No matter how much we lower the temperature, it wouldn't cool the room as expected. Tgere are some minor things that could've been better, for example, the electricity switches and door handles are too low, our 1 year old toddler could reach them and play and open/close doors. Also, a breakfast option or room service would've been nice, but I understand why it's not available.

Nice modern rooms with great amenities, the walls are thin so you can hear everything!
Pros:

The hotel was very modern and well-located for my purposes - and the rooms were very nice, with all daily amenities included from washer and dryer, with soap, fully stocked kitchen, with coffee, water, etc.

Cons:

The room walls are very thin, and I had noisy neighbors who were talking very loud at late hours, waking me up. Also, the breakfast was very basic, two things to choose from and anything aside from drip coffee you need to pay extra for. The SPA sauna and steam room are never on (you need to ask them to turn them on 30 min in advance which is kind of defeating the purpose of offering these services). Laslty, the shuttle to malls, while it's a nice service, it took me 45 min to get to a mall that was 2-3 km away, because the driver took a long detour to drop another passenger at a mall downtown first. It took me 5 min in a uber to come back... which is almost an hour of time wasted unnecessarily
