Perfect. Very interesting and well thought out Concept, no staff fully stocked kitchen with water and ice and coffee. Rooms are exactly what you need a bed and a shower and sink. Oh and a game room!

Nothing in my opinion. Sometimes the lock had difficulty responding to code entry.
Pleasantly surprised at the high quality bathroom and mattress. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea and creamers. Bottles of water in the refrigerator.
No central air, windows opened but no screens. Doors heavy and hard to bring luggage in and out. Table lamp didn’t work. Heavy antiseptic smell on arrival was unpleasant. Deep incline from parking to door difficult to manage with luggage.
There was no breakfast available,they did have a small dining area with a couple of vending machines 😀 overall the room was awesome and the location was a couple of blocks from downtown 😀
Small, efficiently arranged room. Queen bed took most of the space, but we had room for two open carry-on size bags without bumping into them. Large, clean bathroom-with a large walk-in shower with excellent pressure. Facility has an open kitchen with microwave and a bubbler for hot water, plus a selection of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There is also a good-size game room with a selection of board games and books.
Had to enter room to one side, close the door, then walk around the bed. It worked, but might be tight for more than one night’s stay.
location was good. The furnishings were very nice, although the bed was very soft.
Room was tiny! The doors barely cleared the bed. No desk or table. No in room fridge. No info about the place was available - their website had expired. Only 1 very thin blanket supplied.
Right in town, yet the peaceful feel of being in a neighborhood. I felt spoiled with the beautiful bedroom/bathroom, so clean and comfortable, with very tasteful decor. It’s my new favorite!

The room was small, but didn’t feel small. Interesting ways of using space. Quiet. Good location. Quite different from the usual hotel room and I loved it. It lacked nothing.
The biggest problem I had was finding it at night! Better sign would have helped. Also very limited parking in the lot but easy street parking.

This place was far better than I expected. As soon as we arrived, I tried to book another night, but we couldn't because they were full. Easy check-in and check-out. The location is excellent; the room we stayed in was comfortable, spacious, and spotless. There is a parking lot. I would absolutely stay here again!

Keycode entry was easy and seamless. Bed was decently comfty and bathroom was a good size with nice mirror and shower head. Property is nearby Astoria downtown attractions
There was no divider just open shower in the bathroom. It was different than images I saw when booking. Im sure its for ADA accessibility but designated shower area is small that water ends up getting all over the bathroom. Sink faucet also overshoots beyond the sink bowl so you have to be delicate when turning it on or else you get water all over the front of your clothes

The bed was much too soft we did not sleep well. It was hot in there no air conditioning. Felt unsafe to open windows but we had to and were still uncomfortable.
