Pros:

It's a new modern building with relatively big rooms.

Cons:

It is very cold building throughout, which makes you very uncomfortable at all times you are there. To get relief, you have to walk outside the building to get warmed up. Also, the rooms' bathrooms have no ventilation system, so the smell of the toilet lingers 24/7 unless you turn on the cold air conditioner to get rid of it, but your room turns into a refrigerator cold which gave me and my wife cold. The breakfast ends at 9 am and the restaurant offers no service until 4 pm! So you stay hungry because you can't buy lunch! The dinner menu is unusually expensive, and they charge high prices for a worthless plastic bottle of water.

The $100 pet fee ruined the stay!

Close to doctor's office.

Cons:

The $100 pet fee! Booking.com should post exorbitant pet fees on their site instead of saying "pet fees may apply."

Perfect stay nearby MD Anderson
Pros:

The pool was perfect for my 7 yr old! We only got to enjoy it for ~45 mins but it was perfect!

And the AC in the room was amazing!

Nice place to stay in Houston
Pros:

We travel monthly to Houston and have stayed several times. It's very close to MD Anderson Medical Center which is our purpose for staying. Restaurant and bar food is very good and staff very nice.

Cons:

I think the ice machines on the floors were not working but I believe they were remodeling and was able to get at the lobby.
