Pros:

This was my second stay at the Elizabeth Boutique Hotel, and once again I was completely satisfied. I especially loved the breakfast concept, with the option to choose and order freshly prepared dishes. Excellent experience overall, and I will definitely stay here again!

Great location - cosy style - most lovely and helpful staff - perfect cost efficacy
Pros:

The location is downtown so close to the promenade line and touristic and day/night life attractions. Only few minutes walk in either direction - just perfect. In particular we were surprised about the cosiness and design of the interior. The staff was extraordinary friendly, helpful and just lovely. We got great recommendations and support. The same for the bar inside - amazing warm and empathic welcome. Last but not least an appreciated great cost efficacy.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff
Pros:

Wonderful staff, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Quick response to questions emailed via Booking.com prior to arrival. Arrived at 13:00 and could check into room though check in is officially from 15:00 (hotel can store luggage otherwise). Hotel helped us with a spontaneous hire car request and also booked transfer to hire car firm, all of which worked perfectly. Also helped us with ideas and tips for day trips.
Good location, only a few min walk from waterfront, harbour area, Ladadika restaurant area, main shopping roads such as Tsimiski
Spacious room, comfortable bed, choice of pillows (all quite high, bear in mind if normally using a low pillow, memory foam one worked best for me). Very good water pressure in shower. A/C worked well.
Small gym with good Equipment (Concept 2 rower and ergo ski, also cross trainer. Also treadmill, did not use. Picture shows bike as well however this was missing during our visit) also one weight machine and free weights. NB need to book time slot at gym.
Spa area looked nice, though did not have time to use
Breakfast v good, choice of cereals, seeds, nuts, dried fruit. Some pieces of fresh fuit. Greek yoghurt (delicious) and milk. Assortment of pastries. Warm dishes such as bacon, mushrooms, sausages. Some Cold Cuts and salad, hard boiled eggs. Staff take orders for freshly cooked eggs such as fried or scrambled on arrival at breakfast. Also fresh coffee, tea or orange juice.
3 min walk to self service laundry if required (Self Service Laundry by thesswash), 5 min walk to multistorey car park if renting a car (Grand Parking, 15€ per 24 hr as of Aug 2026)
(ps free transfer from airport to hotel, offered by Booking.com, also worked without issue)

Annars var allt väldigt bra, det fanns gym i källaren, varierad frukost och mycket tillmötesgående personal, oavsett vem
Pros:

Trevligt bemötande vid ankomst och under vistelsen.

Cons:

Kudden, det fanns bara en och den var väldigt hög. Jag gillar låga kuddar och är väldigt beroende av god sömn.

Zentrale Lage, moderne Ausstattung.
Pros:

Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, selbst um 5 Uhr morgens und tagsüber jederzeit ansprechbar.

Cons:

Die Lage ist zwar zentral, aber nicht schön. Ein Zimmer mit Aussicht ist nicht notwendig. Der Stil spiegelt, wie bei jedemBoutique Hotel den Geschmack des Eigentümer wider; es ist nicht unserer. Der Frühstücksraum erinnert an eine Co-Working Space und auch auf den Zimmern wäre weniger Design und mehr Funktionalität und Wohnlichkeit angebracht. Das Waschbecken im Bad war so niedrig das man sich tief beugen muss. Der Vergrösserungsspiegel war nur noch als Halterung da, Ablageflächen zu wenig, Kleiderschrank zu klein.
