筋トレ旅行
Pros:

本格的なジムが最上階にあり、来る人がみんなゴリゴリマッチョで一緒にトレーニングしているだけで楽しかった。
スタッフは、スーパーフレンドリーで笑顔で会話ができたので好きになりました。
ホテルの前に、お母さんが美味しいバインミーを提供する屋台があり、毎朝の朝食としていました。

Cons:

ジムの設備ですが、基本的にプレートとダンベルを使ってトレーニングするジムとなっています。設備が上半身に偏っている気がしました。（デッドリフトだけやっていろということか？）もう少しレッグエクステンションやレッグレイズができるマシンとかがあると良いと思います。

Khách sạn ổn áp nhe.
Pros:

Khách sạn đẹp, tiện nghi, sạch sẽ. Phòng rộng rãi, thoáng. Đặc biệt có bể bơi nhe. Cũng rất yên tĩnh nữa.

Cons:

Phòng không có oáng choàng sau khi tắm😭. Giá 1 đêm mùa du lịch là 1tr5-1tr6, cùng vị trí hơi xa biển và cầu Rồng, dù ở giữa 2 nơi đó. Đi bộ ~ 1km mới ra tới biển. Xung quanh cũng không có nhiều hàng quán, dịch vụ. Nên giá có thể hơi chát.

Atmosfera oraz siłownia z sprzętem PRO. Jak przyjechaliśmy to nie działała klimatyzacja w jednym z pokoi w naszym apartamencie, ale obsługa hotelu szybko się tym zajęła, a w ramach przeprosin dostaliśmy obiad dla całej naszej rodziny. Super lokalizacja, super obsługa i jeszcze raz podkreślę, siłownia na ostatnim piętrze, która zrobiła na mnie ogromne wrażenie. Nie wyobrażam sobie, że mógłbym zatrzymać się ponownie w Da Nang w innym miejscu jak ten hotel. Bardzo gorąco polecam

Pros:

El staff es excelente y el Departamento es muy cómodo. Me encantó que tengan gimnasio (espectacular y súper completo) y que en el bar te preparen bebidas y comidas proteicas. Son súper amables y te ayudan con todo. En general fue una hermosa estadía, repetiríamos sin duda!

Cons:

Como algo constructivo sería bueno que pongan algunas tumbonas adicionales en la piscina, hay pocas y a veces no están disponibles. De cualquier forma ellos siempre están dispuestos a ayudar. También, si hubiese restaurante abierto por más horas hubiésemos consumido bastante más por qué la comida es muy rica. Lamentablemente no estaba disponible para cenas

Pros:

Amazing gym, good shakers, nice pool.

Cons:

There was no space to put the shampoo and bodysoap in the shower. The water from the shower leaked all the way to the wc. The wall sockets were defective, only some worked correctly and one needed to force in the plugs. Uncomfortable.

Scary crossing or walking on the streets in the area. But that is everywhere in the area. Fact that the overall general traffic is busy everywhere in the area.

Pros:

The gym is the only good feature about the property.

Cons:

Tense atmosphere, not welcoming. This was the entirety of our 26 night stay
They clearly do not trust their cleaning staff and make this a point. Try to get you to use the safe, the safe is not fixed in… it is movable so pointless.
Small kitchen in apartment lacked any useable pans or equipment so was redundant. Bathroom floods every time you take a shower. 2 out of 4 pool furniture broken and not useable.
Could hear weights from the gym being dropped constantly until midnight.

The Le Cap hotel was an absolutely perfect choice for our 26 night stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us. Walkable to the beach yet far from the nightlife noise. The staff were amazing and so friendly. We used the pool almost daily.

Cons:

The only thing I think could have been better was a few more chaise lounge chairs at the pool.
