The staff did not feel too professional - It did not feel like any of them had formal training in their job. The hotel is in a lively part of the city center, which can be noisy, especially on the weekends.

The actual bedroom was pretty basic but it didn’t matter to us!

Our stay at this hotel during our holiday to Budapest was nothing short of disgraceful. What should have been an enjoyable trip was tainted by poor hygiene, broken facilities, a complete lack of basic hospitality, and a shocking disregard for guest comfort and safety. The photos online are clearly heavily enhanced and bear little resemblance to the reality of this hotel.

The bedding was stained, the bathroom ceiling was covered in mould, and there was a strange, unpleasant smell throughout the building. The wallpaper in the room was coming off the wall and curtains were dirty and stained. The sink fixture was broken and failed to drain properly, making even the most basic use of the bathroom a frustrating experience.

The room itself was equally disappointing. The air conditioning was broken, the fridge was brown, outdated and in poor condition, & several light fixtures were broken or hanging crookedly. The overall standard of maintenance was appalling and nowhere near what you would reasonably expect from a hotel.

We had to ask numerous times for fresh towels, only to be told that hotel policy was to change them every three days. When we persisted and specifically requested bath towels, we were handed hand towels instead. Apparently, even providing the correct towels was too much to ask. To make matters worse, there were three people staying in the room, yet we were given just one key and refused additional keys, which was incredibly inconvenient and completely unreasonable.

However, the most concerning part of our stay was the handling of the fire alarm. On our first night, the alarm went off, forcing guests to make their way down to reception in confusion. Staff were incredibly unhelpful, providing no clear information about what was happening or what guests were supposed to do. The alarm then went off every hour for the rest of the night making it impossible to sleep.

I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone and strongly advise to book elsewhere.

Me parece que el tema de las arañas y las telarañas deberían ser tratados! Ya que hay varias esparcidas en toda la habitación. Además, hay cosas que deberían arreglarse como retocar las paredes de pintura.

Fire alarm went off one night but heard this was a problem with the lift, which got resolved as soon as possible.

Potrebbe essere più pulito e purtroppo per tutto il soggiorno abbiamo sentito cattivo odore di fogna in stanza e anche nella reception.

The elevator went wrong at 5 am and the fire alarm went off.

La limpieza era mejorable.

If you are looking for above average cleanliness, here might not be for you. Towels and sheets seemed quite old and stiff, so didn't feel as clean as we expected. Also, we stayed in a 3-person room and there wasn't enough space to open loggages and organise.

La posizione della camera a piano terra e assenza di riscaldamento nonostante la temperatura rigida all' esterno. I cuscini non rispecchiano gli standard degli hotel. La camera differente da quella proposta da booking.
