Pros:

The complimentary breakfasr service was poor, it takes more than 30minutes to serve just toast bread and egg considering just 3 guests at the restaurant. the restarant staff were too slow

Pros:

The overall feedback is good. It was comfortable. Rooms were not too small. The staff were very very welcoming and accommodating. Ready to help and support. They made the stay very comfortable. Especially those on duty on August 12th 2026 when I arrived.
However, the breakfast was not what I had hoped. Options were really very limited. The dinner and salads I had later were fine.
It was also good how they paid attention to security aspects.

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved. Also, if the hotel can make additional arrangements for taxis or commute cars client can easily reach.

Pros:

It was cozy, quiet and the staff were lovely. The food was 10/10 and the area was convenient.

Cons:

They could work on having an airport service or having numbers for trusted taxi’s.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

One of the estate gates leading to the hotel closes at 10pm. Therefore we had to go back and drive in from opebi which was very upsetting after being stuck in traffic for hours. Also, I think the hotel should give access passes to customers to avoid unnecessary delays at the gates. This happens almost everytime you try to leave on come in.
