Vcelku příjemná základna pro kongresový pobyt
Pros:

Kousavé povlečení z polyesterové směsi hodně kazilo dojem. Jinak vcelku příjemné základna na kongres v blízkém kongresovém centru. Parkování hodně drahé. Snídaně z velmi nekvalitních surovin (místo džusu podivná směs s umělým sladidlem, dlouho přetrvávající pachuť, místo vajíček syntetická hmota). Vše zachraňoval skvělý laskavý personál na recepci i u snídaní.

Die meisten Angestellten haben aber sicher ihr Bestes gegeben. Herzlichkeit fehlte uns schon.
Pros:

Die Sitzgelegenheit war speziell am Samstag viel zu wenig. Wenn man auf einer Couch hockend, im zugigen Eingangsbereich, sein Frühstück bückend einnehmen muss, ist das mehr als ungemütlich. Also das würde ich als erstes ändern. Einen angenehmen, warmherzigen Frühstücksbereich schaffen!!! Die Auswahl war für einen "Nicht-Fleisch-Esser" sehr spärlich. Ich fragte am Samstag nach einem Weichkäse/Streichkäse. "Den gibt es nicht jeden Tag", meinte die Angestellte zwar nett aber ohne Willen, den Kundenwunsch irgendwie zu erfüllen.

Cons:

Der Angestellte an der Bar war am Samstag um 22.30 Uhr schon derart "abwesend" und der Arbeit "überdrüssig", dass wir nur mit etwas Überredungskunst ein Bier bekommen konnten. Auf unsere Bitte hin, ob wir auch ein paar Nüsse haben könnten, füllte er lautlos einige in ein Gefäß, überreichte uns diese und verlangte satte € 7,-- dafür. So ein Verhalten sind wir aus österreichischer Gastronomie nicht gewohnt. Kein Grüßen, kein Danke, kein Lächeln. Nur blosse kalte Abfertigung.

Excellent hotel in the Copenhagen outskirts
Pros:

Excellent value for money and some of the best stuff I've ever encountered in any hotel. Warm, attentive and helpful beyond belief.

Cons:

The location is excellent for events at Bella center, which is what most people book it for. However, if you're looking to explore the center of Copenhagen it is a bit out of the way. The area is fairly residential and there are not a ton of options for leisure, food or shopping.

Cons:

At der ikke var noget personale der talte dansk, det er sgu da under alt kritisk at vi i Danmarks hovedstad ikke kan få service på dansk, selv skilte var på engelsk.

Staff make it.
Pros:

The staff are brilliant! We had our flight cancelled and got out up the first night in the hotel and they, without any information from the incompetent airline, checked us in no bother. We stayed another 2 nights until we could go home and they were all so friendly and helpful. Reception, breakfast and bar staff. Every member, themanager should be very happy as he has a great bunch of people representing the hotel!

Cons:

The breakfast wasnt amazing and the order was mental. Folk just diving it from all corners. Not sure if you could have a 1 way system or I dont know but it was busy but just wasnt the best selection especially when there is a cracking bakery 1 minute walk away.

Pros:

Bra för en övernattning. Glad stämning i foajén och trevlig personal som tog emot. Gratis kaffe, te och vatten. Enkelt men fräscht rum.

Cons:

Varmt på rummet. Luktade väldigt illa från toaletten nära hissarna. Måste byta metro för att komma till flygplatsen.

Fijne inspirerende plek in een mooie stad met een prima ligging!
Pros:

Lekkere dingen en ook goed maar het was wel erg druk en je moest wel echt in de rij staan en dat is niet zo fijn. De producten die er waren, waren echt lekker!

Cons:

Er was steeds 1 lift die niet werkte en het was druk dan moet je wel steeds lang bij de lift wachten. Het hotel heeft 7 verdiepingen dus dat is niet zo handig.
