Modern hotel with great staff
Pros:

Very warm welcome and all the staff we dealt with on our stay were excellent. Location a little outside city centre but great transport links make this not an issue.

Pros:

- Super friendly staff. My room got changed from a twin to a double, however the staff threw in free breakfast, which was very kind. Both reception and breakfast staff were nice.

- Delicious breakfast.

- Great location right next to Bella Center Metro, with some convenient places around (Netto, MoMo Burger, a nice park etc). Super accessible from the airport and just a few stops to the centre.

- Comfortable room, and it was possible to stream from the phone to the TV. Good shower and toiletries too.

Great extended weekend getaway
Pros:

We enjoyed our 3 day stay in Copenhagen. The room was clean and tidy, delicious breakfasts. The hotel is situated close to the metro station Bella Center. We will be coming back here.

For meget amerikaner stemning og vil ikke overnatte der en anden gang.
Pros:

Muligheden for parkering i aflåst kældergarage.

Cons:

At personalet ikke er dansktalende. Personligt både forstår og taler jeg ganske udmærket engelsk, men på et dansk hotel beliggende i Danmark må det forventes at personalet kan tale dansk, samt at f.eks. også al skiltning på hotellet er 2-sproget, hvilket bl.a. ikke er tilfældet ved skiltning ved morgenmadsprodukter.
