Don't fall into the trap of high scores, as they are completely fictitious.
Pros:

Avoid if you want to rest - Construction site noise. It is unacceptable to rent out rooms while the building is under construction. Every morning at 8:00 AM, we were woken up by the deafening sound of jackhammers and hammers. You cannot run a hotel and a construction site at the same time without informing your guests beforehand. Very disappointing.

Cons:

If there is construction going on, the property should either be closed or clearly inform guests before booking. Very bad experience.

Très confortable mais bruyant
Pros:

Tout est très bien entretenu
L'hôtel est situé dans un bon quartier de la ville avec toutes les commodités à proximité
Le petit-déjeuner est excellent

Cons:

La force de l'emplacement est aussi un défaut parce que l'hôtel est proche d’une voie rapide et de l'aéroport, les nuisances sont donc nombreuses.
De plus, il y avait un chantier à côté et les artisans ont travaillé même le week-end à donner des coups de masse.
