This apartment is not recommended.
Pros:

Not very far to the center and some good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The sound-insulation of the room is extremely poor. Every noise from the street can be heard, the tenants really need to use the provided ear plugs.

The access to the house is not easy, since the streets in this residential area are very narrow and there are almost permanently some cars on the streets. A free parking place to find is not easy near the house.

The check-in time is strictly enforced by the landlord, even though the tenants arrive a little earlier.

Great base to explore the city from. Well designed and laid out apartment. Perfectly comfortable for couples or families

The location was Fantatsic, very close to the centre. Easy walking distance to the sights.
