the location was amazing and the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

there was no reception and this made two complications for us. First, our luggage didn't arrive early and when it was delivered from the airport, there was no one to pick it up. this created a lot of stress. second, we left a stuff animal and since there was no reception it was further complicated to pick it up. lastly, our room was near a bathroom and this bathroom usually had a bad smell. it didn't smell in our room but every time we opened the room door we could smell the bathroom which was not pleasant.

the staff was responsive over email and very kind but having no reception is not so ideal.

Pros:

Location was very good.

Cons:

First room I was given did not have a window, and no advance notice was given. No one was on site, so all issues had to be addressed via phone calls with off-site agency. On 2nd day, I was moved to a room with a window and outdoor area. Much improved. But the check-in process and original room assignment was very off-putting.

It is on the ground floor and has only the window on the ceiling, but everything else was very good. There is a very good restaurant too.

Avoid the 4-person room. It doesn’t comfortably fit four people. We ended up booking another hotel.
Cons:

The sold it as a 4 person room, but there was no way we could fit in with the 4 of us. I had to book and extra room at another hotel. Pretty bad experience and felt as a rip off tbh.

We probably wouldn’t stay there again. We paid over $300 a night for very basic accommodation.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Nice little kitchenette. Close to all the shops etc. also was quiet.

Cons:

No window was our biggest issue. Leaky and moldy shower. Weird entry through a restaurant. Not really a hotel with staff to talk to. Not what we expected.
