Pros:

I like the staff's friendliness and professionalism. They always try to find solutions. The location is wonderful with proximity to stores, Nainital. temples, whatever you may want.

Cons:

Going during wedding season when you are not part of the wedding can be a bit hectic but it is always beautiful and fun.
