Underperforming hotel with good breakfast

Good breakfast and thorough housekeeping

Cons:

The Hotel is totally dark from the outside. There is no sign that it is an active hotel. The reception sign is on one side and not easy to spot. The staff showed a poor attitude in some ways. They were making excuses and not giving registration documents until we stood our ground and insisted on it. They gave us a breakfast take away box of meat in spite of letting them know twice we wanted a vegetarian box. The hotel location though not too far from the main sights is still located in an unattractive road without much options for restaurants.

분명 관광세가 포함된 가격으로 예약했는데 관광세를 추가해서 결재함.
잘못됐다고 말했지만 정상이라고 환불해줄 수 없다고 해서 언쟁이 있었지만,
예약 확인서를 보여주고서야 결국에 환불은 받음.
벌레는 나오지 않았음. 분명 나올것처럼 생겼지만.

Cons:

90년대에 4성급이었던 것처럼 느껴지는 호텔/
망가진 구성품들 외에는 동작 함. 안타깝게도 대부분 망가져 있긴 했지만.

Czuję się bardzo oszukana.

Cons:

Przede wszystkim czuję się oszukana. Wszystkie zdjęcia hotelu są robione obiektywem szerokokątnym co daje wrażenie dużo większych pomieszczeń. Podróżuje z grupą która codziennie uprawia jogę, sala fitnes była priorytetem w wyborze niestety na miejscu okazało się że zmieszczą się w niej max 3 osoby ćwiczące, maleńka brudna i zaniedbana. Na zdjęciu oczywiście wyglądała na dużo większa, basen przy 4 osobach korzystających już jest zatłoczony, w ciągu dnia nie opcji na kawę czy herbatę z baru bo barman zaczyna pracę o 18.00z Część obsługi w miarę przyjazną część totalnie wkurzona, nieprzyjemna, nie pomocna, trudna w komunikacji mimo że mówią po angielsku i rosyjsku. Dramat gdyby nie to że pobierają opłatę za pobyt przy zameldowaniu napewno zmieniłabym hotel.

Great Hotel in Samarkand
Pros:

El hotel estaba muy limpio y tenia todo lo necesario. El cuarto y baño estaban muy bien. El personal habla poco ingles pero es muy amable y helpful.

Cons:

La ubicación es un poco alejada del centro pero no es problema, son 20 minutos caminando o un breve Yandex.

Отличный персонал, номера супер, очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак, а бассейн просто сказка.
Расположен в 5 минутах ходьбы от центрального рынка и 15-20 минут от , "Регистана".

Bardzo pomocna obsługa. Hotel czysty a pokoje komfortowe. Świetna przestrzeń rekreacyjna wokół basenu. Śniadania dobre, na tarasie z pięknym widokiem.

Cons:
