satisfactory stay but not a 4-star hotel as claimed
Pros:

The location was good and we could easily get a taxi when we couldn't walk. breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel was very clean and the staff at reception was very helpful.

Cons:

The hotel bar had very little choice and the bartender didn't speak any English. The beds were very hard and offered little comfort. The shower had a rain showerhead but it didn't function.

Overall was ok, decent price for what u get
Pros:

Location is great, rooms & bathroom need updating but clean, first night the lift weren’t working the electricity ran out. decent breakfast spread

Cons:

Pool was a bit dirty, room we stayed in initially was 405, dark cramped room with horrible smell coming from the AC, so we changed to 406 following day but the cleaners didn’t seem happy that we changed! 406 was bigger & better but the bathroom door had issues, wouldn’t close and door was also see through so you can see inside! Maybe carpet and furniture could do with updating and some bathrooms

La piscine. Le petit-déjeuner buffet, varié et abondant.

Cons:

L’absence de restaurant (celui annoncé est en travaux pour une durée indéterminée). Le service de ménage des chambres fait en fin d’après-midi.

На мой взгляд, отличное сочетание цена-качество. Останавливалась на 1 ночь, отдохнуть после длительной экскурсии и перед ранним вылетом. Чистый аккуратный номер, есть всё необходимое. Правда, есть проблемы с шумоизоляцией, и не получилось пораньше уснуть, т.к. слишком хорошо было слышно разговоры постояльцев и работников отеля, проходящих по коридору. Завтрак оценить не могу, т.к. был ранний выезд. До аэропорта рано утром было менее 15 мин, трансфер мне отель предоставил "в подарок", что тоже очень приятно.

Отель с бассейном и завтраком с видом на Самарканд!
Pros:

Понравился номер, отличные кровати, жесткий приятный матрас. Бассейн во дворе спасал от жары! Приветливый персонал! Завтраки были просто шикарные!!! Во-первых они устроены на крыше отеля с прекрасным видом на Самарканд! Во-вторых, изобилие блюд очень порадовало, даже мини-самса) Если в Самарканд- то сюда!!!

Son emplacement et le déjeuner

Cons:

Un personnel antipathique, une dame qui rentre dans votre chambre avec sa clé d'accès en prétendant un check out alors qu'on y était encore une nuit, un lit inconfortable, des fenêtres difficiles à ouvrir pour aérer la chambre.

Очень чисто! Потрясающе вкусный запах постельного белья) вежливый персонал, оперативно решали все вопросы

Cons:

Средство в диспенсере для шампуня пахло точно так же, как средство в диспенсере для жидкого мыла. Предполагаю, что туда налили одно и то же. Утром солнце только на одном маленьком участке, если не успеете его занять, то позагорать не получится

Pros:

Очень понравился отель. Современный, большой. Лобби оформлено в с национальным колоритом. но все остальные пространства и номер - просто в современном европейском стиле.
Номер идеальный. Идеально чистый, мебель и вся обстановка - все новое, свежее. Кондиционер, посуда, чайник, чай и кофе, махровые халаты, тапочки, умывальные принадлежности, полотенца - все в наличии. Были даже гладильная доска и утюг в шкафу, мешочек для прачечной и сейф.
В отеле есть открытый бассейн с шезлонгами, можно покупаться и позагорать.
Есть тренажерный зал.
Шикарные завтраки!
Очень доброжелательный персонал.
Расположение достаточно близко к главным достопримам, минут 15 спокойным шагом.
Очень рекомендую!

Ребята на ресепшен! Всячески старались чтобы понравилось , понравился бассейн , завтрак хороший , насыщенный
