Sehr gutes, kleines , freundliches Hotel in perfekter Lage.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, perfekte Lage, sehr gutes und reichliches Frühstück, immer gerne wieder.

Cons:

Badezimmer sind okay, könnten demnächst renoviert werden. Sonst gab es gar nicht zu beanstanden

Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal!
Pros:

Alles! Super nette AnsprechpartnerInnen! Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten und hatten eigene Wohneinheiten mit separatem Wohnzimmer und Küchenzeile. Alles modern und sauber! Sehr bequeme Boxspringbetten! Es stand auch ein ventilator bereit und man konnte sich mit einer bereitgestellten Karaffe bequem Wasser zapfen. Das Auto war auch gut untergebracht, man braucht das in Erfurt nicht, das Hotel liegt so genial! Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und zudem sind Bus und Straßenbahnhaltestellen in wenigen Metern erreichbar. Das asiatische Nudelrestaurant unten im Hotel merkt man im Haus überhaupt nicht, für ein leckeres Abendessen ist es sehr zu empfehlen.
Also wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder! Vielen Dank nochmal!

Cons:

Nichts!
Evtl. ist es in den Zimmern zur Straße gerade im Sommer etwas laut, da fährt die Straßenbahn direkt vorbei. Aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern kein Problem, das sind neue Fenster. Und die Straßenbahnen fahren nicht durchgehend nachts.
Bei den Zimmern zum Innenhof haben wir schon gar nichts mehr gehört.

Positiv auffällig war die Ruhe im Hotel zur Nachtzeit. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und ausreichend.

Super Lage in Wohlfühlatmosphäre

Sehr freundliches Team, angenehm ruhige Lage in der Altstadt (Dom und Petersberg 5Min.), Appartement geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet ,mit Liebe zum Detail , Frühstück vielseitig für alle Geschmäcker. Für Autofahrer vielleicht ein Tipp. Das Parken bei Ankunft auf der Straße vorm
Hotel ist schwierig. Man kann aber gegenüber, wo auch die Parkplätze und Stellplätze vom Hotel meist sind, über eine Einfahrt durch eine große rote Mauer schon mal kurz das Auto abstellen, (da waren genügend freie Plätze) und sich dann in Ruhe an der Rezeption des Hotels anmelden, oder schon vorab die Parknummer telefonisch erfragen .

Super freundliches Personal, wir haben uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Lage perfekt, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Ruhig und TipTop sauber. Beim nächsten Erfurt Besuch kommen wir gerne wieder.

Von der Begrüssung bis zum Auschecken fühlten wir uns wunderbar aufgehoben in diesem schönen kleinen Hotel.Das gesamte Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend und die vielen liebevollen Details im Zimmer und im Speiseraum zeigten wahre Gastlichkeit..Es wurde einfach an Alles gedacht, dass man sich als Gast wirklich wohlfühlen konnte.
Vielen Dank für das wunderschöne Wochenende bei Ihnen, wir kommen alle sehr gerne wieder!
