Pros:

Good location close to ICN airport T2. No dinner service, only buffet.

Cons:

Staff civil but not friendly. Room had issues with lighting & A/C.

Redemption
Pros:

I was reluctant to stay at an ibis again after an absolutely terrible stay at the ibis London Blackfriars a few years ago. However, circumstances necessitated me to be close to T2 at Incheon overnight. This ibis is convenient, clean, comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. It is everything that the London ibis is not.
