Pros:

I like how friendly the staff members are. It is quite refreshing to come into a hotel and feel immediately at home. I'm very happy with the service I received especially from Meron (Manager), Dagmawit and Juliana at the reception and Atnaftu at the entrance. I could have named tens more just because Haile is the cradle of great service!

Cons:

The rooms on the side of the road can be a bit noisy because of the cars but that is tricky for the hotel to fix/manage.

Pros:

Excellent service. Very peaceful with wonderful bar restaurant service. I would stay again.

Cons:

Rooms are quite small, but comfortable. Not much is happening near the hotel.

The hotel was a big disappointment ...

Staff were pleasant, the hotel has a heated pool which we did not use .

Cons:

The location of this hotel was off the main center of the city. The food overall was poor, breakfast and dinner were a disappointment for a hotel claiming to be a 5 star. It is basically a good indigenous hotel, The hotel has only one kitchen but different places to eat the same bland food, The hotel did not mention that it has numerous steps outside to climb up to the swiming pool and the Wellness center. The hotel does not have a warning about the number of steps to it sports facilities . The main dining room's windows that are large and nice do not open, yet the air-conditioning was kept off, the breakfast room was stuffy. The airconditioning in the rooms at night kept humming above 28C even when we asked then to reduce to around 21C.

فندق مميز اطلاله علي المسبح الحديقة يوجد خدمات مثل المساج وطراز جميل فيه منظر جبل مع الشلال جميل جدا

عدم السماح زايده ساعة حتي الساعة 1 يجب تسليم غرفة عند الساعة 12 ظهرا اخدت 4ساعات 50 دولار خرجت 4 عصرا
