Pros:

The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The location was excellent and made it very easy to explore Glasgow by walking. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, and the room had everything we needed. I also really liked the cozy atmosphere of the lobby and common areas. Overall, it felt very relaxing and welcoming.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse.
Pros:

Las instalaciones son excelentes y nuevas.
La ubicación es la apropiada, se llega con facilidad a la mayoría de las actividades turísticas.

Cons:

La persona que nos atendió el check in, muy displicente y dedicada al celular. Cierto es que llegamos antes de la hora, pero no era la forma de atender.

Faultless accommodation. We are 3 school friends on a jaunt to celebrate our 70th birthdays. Friendly, helpful staff and spacious rooms with all amenities we could possibly need. Excellent breakfast, tasty, with plenty of options and popular items refilled /replaced promptly. Location was city-centre and close to the river, but very quiet. Prior to our visit, I considered it perhaps expensive but, in retrospect, it was undoubtedly good value. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Prima bedden en goed uitgeruste keuken. Fijn dat er een raam open kon voor wat frisse lucht. Van het ontbijt hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt. Locatie was perfect, midden in het centrum
