They have an amazing breakfast with very nice staff members.
The sport and swimming pool facilities:
- lady timing is from 10am to 1pm. Means that we are not allowed to enter the gym/pool outside of these hours which are very limited vs. male timing.
- the pool had a problem the first 2 days so we could not enjoy.

I really like this place – it’s clean, and the staff are very approachable and accommodating. The room is great too!
I don’t typically use large pillows at home, so during my visit, I used a small sofa pillow instead. Surprisingly, I could still smell men’s cologne on it.

Nice and quiet and clean. Air system is good and air quality is high both in common areas and in the room. Appreciate having non-smoking room that actually do not smell of recycled smoky air. Nice breakfast
Rooftop is mostly a shisha smoking lounge. If you don't smoke, can't really enjoy the rooftop.

* شكر للموظفة التي صادفتها نهاية الإقامة لأسلوبها الجيد (والشكر موصول لباقي موظفي وموظفات الاستقبال).

* تم الحجز بتاريخ 19 مايو مع طلب مسبق لغرفة لغير المدخنين وبعيدة عن المصعد ومصادر الإزعاج (مع العلم أن موعد الوصول كان 23 مايو).
* لم يتم توفير غرفة مطابقة للطلب عند الوصول.
* تم التواصل مع الفندق وBooking لطلب تغيير الغرفة.(وتم ذلك من قبلهم) ♦️
* عزل الغرفة كان سيئًا، وكانت الأصوات من الغرف المجاورة والممر واضحة بشكل مزعج. (بالنسبة لي)
* تم الاستمرار في الإقامة فقط لكون الحجز مدفوع مسبقًا.🕑
* القيمة مقابل السعر / ستاندرد - لليلة الواحدة (392.42 ريال شامل الضريبة) غير مناسبة لمستوى الغرفة والراحة.🫥

الفندق رائع جدًا نظافه واستقبال واهتمام بكل شخص وكأنهم شخص واحد. السعر ممتاز
بالرغم من النظافه إلا أن الافطار لم يكن بالمستوى أكواب العصير لايتم تغطيتها ، مع وجود بعض الذباب ايضًا الكروسون في الافطار تيبس لأنه لم يتم تغطيته ، الكلوب ساندويتش تيبس.
باقي اصناف الافطار كان متنوع وجيد
أيضًا مقهى كوستا في نفس الفندق. طلبت منهم تشيز فراوله. لاحظت انه لم يكن جديد. تقريبا له ثلاث او اربع ايام الفراوله قديمه جدا والكريم اصبح مطاطي.

كل شي بدون استثناء مواقف للسياره ونظافه وترتيب يفوق الوصف كل ما يخص مرافق الغرفه ودورات المياه متوفره ايضاً سرعه الاستجابه والخدمه عند اي طلب من خدمة الغرفه
يوجد 3 انواع من المخدات ولكن للاسف يجي توفر نوع اريح واقل ارتفاع هذا الشي الوحيد الذي ضايقني شاكر ومقدر تفهمكم 🌹
