Ubicación, limpieza, habitación y baño genial
Entiendo que no pueda tener acceso por ascensor desde el parking, pero al final es un poco incómodo
La habitación, grande, limpia y confortable. El personal amable pero escaso. La vista muy buena y la ubicación inmejorable salvo por las dificultades de aparcamiento.
El desayuno nos pareció bastante bien.
En general muy bien, con un magnífico edificio integrado en el casco romano.
1.- No había toallas en el bide
2.- El spa, que tanta expectación nos provoca, tiene varios sistemas estropeados, lo que es una pena porque es un espacio muy coqueto aunque es pequeño.
3.- Los frascos de los geles y cremas han de cambiarlos porque expiden muy muy poco producto, lo que es muy incómodo.

Por mencionar algo la empatia de los chicos de recepcion.
330 euros dos noches , no funciona el aire de 2 habitaciones que tuvimos , la solucion que nos dieron : abrir las ventanas , una boda el sabado con todo el ruido y jaleo de los invitados que no advirtieron en ningun momento , el spa una castaña enorme.
La mitad de las luces de la habitacion no funcionan
Habitación muy amplia y confortable. Muy buenas vistas y el personal de recepción muy amable.
El horario del desayuno. Si estas haciendo el camino de Santiago abren demasiado tarde. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Lovely friendly welcome by lady on reception. Comfortable spacious room. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast.
Plumbing in shower difficult to understand but maybe that was just me!
