Cons:

Zimmer ist zum Innenhof gerichtet; dort sind ebenfalls die Klimaaggregate, womit es immer laut und sehr warm ist.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
Pros:

In the center of everything, historic, shopping and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, Wifi was excellent, no interruption. Receptionist Stefanie was helpful and a friendly girl. They provide you with free bottle of waters which was so helpful in burning Rome weather when you arrive. On second floor of the hotel, they have free coffee machines which has the best coffee and cappuccino.

Cons:

There is 20 steps to arrive to elevator which is a tiny elevator. But they offer an assistant to help you for carrying the luggage.

Beautiful room with amazing staff; definitely on my list for next trip to Rome.
Pros:

First of all, I really love the location of this place. It's a bit off the beaten path, but very close to it, and it's lovely right by the Tiber. The upper level of rooms is really beautiful, and we LOVED the room we ended up for the final two days (see note below, and advise to ask for rooms that start with 2). The room was spacious, glowed with light, very clean. The staff was AMAZING. Any challenges, they showed up for 150%. The rooms do require a couple of flights of steps to get to the elevator, but any time of day or night, for our entry and exit with suitcases, someone showed up super punctually; and the staff was completely available by WhatsApp for any concerns. Overall, this was just an incredibly hospitable and happy stay, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

I would like to note that we were first put in Room 101, which was very lightless. There's a description saying these rooms open onto a courtyard. I'd want people to be aware that these rooms that start with 1 open onto an upper level patio that is open to everyone (just lightly protected by a partition) and doesn't let in much light - plus curtains can't be kept open since anyone could theoretically walk up to your glass door (which is the only window). This is not a critique, but just to be sure people are aware. The hotel was very generous in moving us when they got a chance.
ALSO: if you are a light sleeper with a partner, the beds tend to be a bit bouncy, i.e. one person moves, the other feels it. BUT I am that light sleeper, and this wasn't much of a problem for me.

Very nice hotel close to everything in Rome

Little charming hotel, very well located to visit Rome by walking. There was space in the room, it was clean and very beautiful. We loved the breakfast!
