Superb location, very nice room, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and modern. Some people complain about traffic noise. You can sometimes head the tram, but this is not a problem. AC worked perfectly, which was nice with temperatures hitting 37 C degrees outside.
The beds were a little hard for our taste, but no big deal.

L'hotel si trova probabilmente nel miglior punto di Lisbona, dove si possa soggiornare: a pochi minuti da tutte le attrazioni, raggiungibili a piedi, e a una sola via di distanza da Rua Augusta, la strada principale per ristoranti shopping e movida. Nonostante tutto la posizione ti permette di essere riservato e in zona silenziosa, circondato da palazzi piastrellati, in un hotel pulitissimo, dove ti coccolano ogni giorno con un delizioso Pastel de Nata for free. I giovani ragazzi alla reception, poi, sono davvero eccezionali: si fanno in quattro per aiutarti in tutti modi. La pulizia dell'hotel è eccellente. Ho soggiornato in tanti hotel, anche cinque stelle, ma mi sento di consigliare questa struttura al 100% senza riserve.
