Pros:

Excellent Staff, Clean Rooms, Very comfortable beds. Good Location. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Hotel is on a street for pedestrians only so it is a little hard to get picked up for your Uber of Taxi ride to the Airport.

Ideal location with good service.
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast was ok but the service was superb.

Cons:

There was too much noises at night . We could not sleep.Yhe bed is too hard and the towels too tough to touch. I believe in save the planet so I didn't need the housekeeping every day.

Over all, the location is amazing. I love the deco and its cleaned.

NA didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. But plenty of restaurants near us to choose from

On the 2nd day I stayed there, we ran out of toilet paper and coffee pot was never refilled since 1st day. I called twice and each time I had to ring 2nd time for someone to pick up the phone. Both time waited 20 minutes and finally I had to get down to the front desk to get the front desk attention and they finally apologized after I demand to speak to the manager. And when the manager showed up, I showed him the photo I took of no toilet paper situation, he just yelled something in Portuguese to his staff, no apologized and just went behind the management office and left me hanging at the lobby. I have to again ask the front desk what's going on, do I stand to wait for my toilet paper or go back to my room? I was shocked to get this kind of service after all it's a 4 stars hotel. The same night we came back to the hotel room they set a bottle of sparkling wine and fruit plate on our bed which is nice gesture but then I had to ask for the shower mat, so we don't slip when you step out of the shower and again no coffee pots. I guess the coffee pots are precious items for them.

Serwis sprzątający do wymiany,trzy dni z rzędu trzeba było się upominać po ręczniki do twarzy oraz dywanik łazienkowy pod prysznic,sprzątanie pokoju niedokładne.Śniadania w porządku,ale bardzo monotonne po 2 dniach w ciemno można bylo wiedzieć gdzie jaka potrawa stoi,za malo dań na ciepło. Panie na sali śniadaniowej zabierały talerze i koniecznie trzeba bylo przerywać posiłek. Wg mojej opinii hotel na trzy nie cztery gwiazdki.

Staff was nice but getting to the hotel at first was a challenge and when we explained to the staff that their directions to get into the hotel were very confusing they didn’t say anything.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Zimmer (Doppelzimmer). Auf Wunsch konnnten auch zwei separate Betten, anstatt ein Doppelbett beantragt werden. Geräumiges Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Strassenbahn ist gut hörbar.

Our driver couldn't find the place. No hotel staff available to help deliver bags coming and going. Just a hassle to get to the front door. Coffee downstairs

Eurostars Lisboa Baixa に2泊しましたが、リスボン滞在をとても快適なものにしてくれました。

まず何よりも素晴らしいのは立地です。ホテルはBaixa地区の中心にあり、リスボンの主要な観光スポットへのアクセスが非常に便利です。また、周辺にはレストランやカフェが数多くあり、散策を楽しむのにも最適な場所です。

客室は清潔で快適に整えられており、長旅の疲れをしっかり癒すことができました。ベッドも快適で、静かな環境の中でゆっくり休むことができました。

朝食もとても美味しく、品数も十分でした。特に印象に残ったのは朝食会場のスタッフの皆さんです。いつも笑顔で迎えてくださり、細やかな気配りで気持ちよく朝の時間を過ごすことができました。その親切で温かいサービスのおかげで、一日のスタートがより楽しいものになりました。また、ホテルスタッフ全体がとても親切で、チェックインからチェックアウトまで安心して滞在することができました。温かく迎えていただき、まるで自宅にいるような居心地の良さを感じました。

Cons:

ホテル前の通りが歩行者専用エリアになっているため、タクシーはホテルの目の前まで入れないことです。そのため、大きな荷物がある場合は少し歩く必要があります。

Ottima posizione, a piedi si possono raggiungere i luoghi di maggiore interesse e molti ristoranti.
L'hotel è comodo anche per raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria, treno con destinazione Cascais.
Ben insonorizzato. Ottima pulizia sotto ogni punto di vista. Materasso molto comodo così come il cuscino (camera delux). Camera al piano alto e molto luminosa.

Cons:

Nulla da osservare. Tutto è andato molto bene
