Pros:

Instalaciones buenas y bien cuidadas

Cons:

El personal tuvo acceso a mis datos personales y los usó para tratar de extorsionarme a media noche.
Aprovechando que el hotel está en una zona de acceso limitado. Argumentando que estaba ahí un cartel y que iban a hacer cobro de piso. Amenazando con matarnos y/o secuestrarnos si no accedíamos a hacer una transferencia exhorbitante

Desde que llegamos la atención fue buena, estaba muy limpio, las camas eran cómodas y sobre todos los precios de los alimentos no eran caros.
No tenían hora de cerrar su alberca y en general todo muy bien

Cons:

Lamentablemente para pedir de comer o alguna bebida tienes que ir a buscarlos, ya que tu estando en la alberca no había personal que llegara a decirte si se te ofrecía algo

El personal de limpieza dejo la puerta abierta y estaba lleno de mosquitos, imposible dormir en la habitación, pedimos un cambio y nos cobraron de nuevo otra habitación

Hotel excelente opcao para relaxar em familia
Pros:

A comida é excelente. Acomodacoes limpas e comodas. Staff muito atencioso. Area da piscina tambem muito boa. Proximidade da praia que é muito tranquila e limpa.

Cons:

As almofadas poderiam ser mais firmes. A toalha de banho é extremamente pequena, ficava pequena para uma crianca de 4 anos imagina para um adulto. A habitacao familiar tem excelente tamanho (#7) porem as demais que ficaram meus familiares (#2, #14 e #15) extremamente pequenas.

Que es un lugar un poco solo para relajarse si es lo que uno busca como en mi caso fue por descanso estar super rico porque no hay mucha gente en la playa pero si esta algo alejado de la carretera.

Que su personal casi no anda como al pendiente de la necesidad de los huéspedes, la playa está un poco retirada del restaurante y cada que necesitas pedir algo de comer o beber o algo tiene que ir hasta el restaurante a pedir y aparta se tardan mucho en atender y no regresan por los platos o vasos y tiene uno que ir a dejarlos nuevamente hasta el restaurante y si es un poco tedioso que a pesar de que luego no tengan trabajo los de ahi no se den una vuelta todo el personal está en el restaurante sin hacer algo.
si estaria un poco mejor que tuvieran un poco de mejor atención con el huésped.
