Very good to relax
Pros:

Location very nice and staff friendly and helpful
Staff manisha in restaurant and Ganesh very helpful

Cons:

In the restaurant food take time
Like tea at afternoon and no one is there ur is take 20 min

Enjoyed but could have been better.

Front office staff,overall property is very good

Cons:

House keeping staff disturb you on odd hrs once at 4.30pm we ask them not to disturb again after 15 mts incharge comes and says we have to come 2 time's ??we dont know what signatures they take from us we are there to relax and can call them when needed They should not suppose to disturb our privacy

Nice relaxing out of town experience in a nice natural mountainous setting with a great lake.
Pros:

Nice well maintained property, good quality of food.

Cons:

Not too many adults activities, other than a nice swimming pool.

Pros:

Wonderful view with excellent breakfast, loved the kerala food.

Cons:

Buggys never came or came when we were more than half way. Each time we waited for more than 10 minutes as suggested.
While checking out, all of us ladies who are above 65 years had to walk all the way to the main entrance in the hot sun with our various small bags. This was very distressing.
We all left the premises angry and disappointed.
Pl take care of the requirements of Sr citizens with more compassion.

Love love love it….a must visit you will love it
Pros:

One of the beautiful properties, it is pretty during the day and night…the food is excellent every item we had was really good..the staff is so helpful and very courteous…and made sure our stay was comfortable especially for our pet Doggo. They even have special Pet Food Menu to choose from and thus we don’t need to worry about feeding our four legged babies…

Cons:

This is not a negative thing but because the property is big and was fully booked felt that the service was a bit slow….but this is not a problem because even if there is a slight delay that make it up in some way or the other
