Pros:

Standard double bed room, nothing fancy, lots of water in minifridge, good location. Good air conditioning, allowed me to extend stay another night

Cons:

Minimal english spoken, room was a box with no window, bathroom setup wasnt great with water going eveywhere, air conditioning is directly above your head, couldnt help me with nearest pharmacy or anything

A great budget place to stay in Hanoi Old Quarter, near everything in the old quarter.
Pros:

Very good price for last mintues booking. This is my second stay here. Lovely hotel in a great location in the old town, good room with air conditioning, a bit small but super clean.
Every time, the staff are incredibly kind and always greet guests with a smile. They helped me arrange tours to Ha Long Bay and Ha Giag loop at more competitive prices than any other agencies I compared.
The prices are clearly displayed both in the rooms and in the lobby, so I felt comfortable using services such as car pick up, laundry, money exchange.., They provide good services at reasonable prices.
So I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit, excellent!
