Pros:

The hotel is very nice, and the staff is nice. The location is great

Cons:

On weekends it can get noisy if you have a room facing the street. Besides that, I recommend this hotel.

We had originally booked our stay through Booking.com. On arrival, the hotel asked us to cancel the Booking.com reservat
Pros:

They told us to cancel the booking from booking.com and offered us 5% discount. Post cancellation, they took for additional money for giving room with window and when we went into room, there was no window and they were not refunding the money which they charged additionally for giving room with window. Hotel is cheap and they try to takeout some money by offering early check in and other stuffs.

Cons:

Not great

Pros:

The staff was very nice and attentive, the room was clean

Cons:

Just next to a blasting bar. The pictures are not a true reflection of this hotel. Much more run down than the pictures. A little bit like a nicer hostel than a hotel

Spend an extra $10 and have a better stay.
Pros:

Great location in the heart of a lot of action.

Cons:

Very small room. TV didn’t work. They requested I communicate by what’s app if I had any questions, but when I reached out, there was no response.

Comfortable and in good location
Pros:

After a few rough hotels this one was much more comfortable and in a good location. Staff were friendly and spoke good English so easy to communicate. The bed was comfortable and good pillows. We got some cloths washed as we check in and they were waiting downstairs folded and ready for us to collect at a reasonable price.

Super!
Pros:

Die Lage war super und das Personal sehr freundlich!

Cons:

In der Nacht war es leider sehr hellhörig und es schien Licht durch ein Fenster. Aber ich denke das ist in Hanoi auch normal :)
