Cons:

We hebben niet kunnen slapen in dit hotel om de 5 minuten een irritant geluid van de klimaatbeheersing. In de avond hierover geklaagd bij de receptie kon het niet oplossen. Er is ook geen andere kamer aangeboden.

Gerne wieder aber besser nichts vergessen.
Pros:

Das Hotel war super. Das Zimmer ebenfalls. Das Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung und hatte alles was man braucht für ein gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Leider wurde eine Hose auf dem gebuchten Zimmer vergessen. Die Hose wurde laut Hotel nicht gefunden.

Das Hotel ist gut und die Lage ist gut, jedoch werde ich aufgrund des für mich fehlenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses n
Pros:

Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann sich auch abends noch draußen bewegen ohne Sorgen. Die Bahnstation ist ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und fährt direkt bis in die Innenstadt. Die Fenster schließen schalldicht.

Cons:

Die Zimmertüren sind leider nicht schalldicht, das Zufallen anderer Türen und das energische Gehen des Nachbarns waren deutlich zu hören. Zudem trocknete das Bad schlecht ab. Das Personal an der Rezeption wurde meines Erachtens nach nicht den eigenen Ansprüchen des Hauses gerecht. Sie wirkten teilweise inkompetent.
Ich habe zudem mehr „Feng Shui“ erwartet.

Pros:

Moderna e pulita, appena fuori il centro e nonostante fosse su una strada principale, abbastanza insonorizzata.

Cons:

La porta della camera ha una fessura di due centimetri dalla quale entra luce tutta la notte, in più, come già scritto è insonorizzata bene dall’esterno, molto meno dall’interno.

Ottima colazione. Camera pulita. Centro facilmente raggiungibile con il tram. Possibilità di parcheggio se disponibile.

Cons:

Parcheggio a pagamento a 18 euro al giorno. Si potrebbe valutare di ridimensionare un minimo le tariffe per gli ospiti.

El aire acondicionado no funciona en las habitaciones que tomamos, pedir que nos cambiaran fue una odisea, tienen una sola persona a cargo de la recepción y es la misma para solucionar los problemas .

Modernes Hotel, schlechter Service
Pros:

Das Hoteldesign ist modern und ansprechend. Das Frühstück ist angemessen.

Cons:

Leider verfügt das Hotel nicht über ausreichend (kostenpflichtige) Parkplätze. Begrüßt wird man im Hotel von einem Mitarbeiter ohne Namenschild mit: "Ich hoffe, Sie sind nicht mit dem Auto angereist." Als ich von 23:30 Uhr dann in einem Bereich parkte, der drei Stunden kostenloses Parken zuließ, erhielt ich um 6:38! Uhr einen Strafzettel (40€). Als ich am zweiten Abend um 23:00 Uhr einen freien Hotelparkplatz fand und die Parkgebühr (10 €) hierfür an der Rezeption entrichten wollte, sagte mir der Mitarbeiter, dass alle Parkplatze bereits verkauft seien und ich zurück laufen und mein Auto wegfahren müsse. Anderenfalls, könnte es sein, dass ich es dort nicht mehr vorfinden würde, da das Hotel es abschleppen würde. Leider auch sonst kein guter Service: Hotel telefonisch am Freitagnachmittag und -abend nicht erreichbar, Aufzug kaputt, laute Treppenhaustüren, Bad roch bei Anreise nach Abwasser.
