Pros:

el desayuno bien, rico y la habitación cómoda y muy limpia.

Cons:

Decía que el uso de la piscina era 24 horas pero al llegar que solo era de 10 am a 8:30 pm y no pudimos disfrutarla pues llegamos tarde y debíamos salir antes de las 10 am, demora para el ingreso.

Terrible stay I wouldn’t recommend!
Pros:

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. They had numerous issues and I had to leave after one night and when I spoke to the manager, they said that they would refund me my money and they never refunded it. We are in February and they said that they were gonna refund it in December and they had roaches in the room dirt around the Jacuzzi area floods in the bathroom just terrible.

Cons:

There is nothing that I liked about the hotel. It looked beautiful in the pictures and even when I showed up there, but then once you get to the room, you have to deal with roaches in the room. Dirt rings around the Jacuzzi. I even took pictures of all of this and then you have to deal with terrible communication and the owners play games with you and act like they’re gonna give you your money back, but they just keep giving you the runaround for months.
