Cons:

Everything was great until check out. They asked us to pay for 2 bottles of water while we took 2 cold ones from the fridge and put the 2 outside in the room inside the fridge not realizing it was a different brand.

全体的に、施設やサービス(朝食含む)に対するコスパパフォーマンスは優れている。
移動でごたついても、受付の2人の女性スタッフがメッセージで丁寧に対応してくれた。
飲食店は歩いて5分ほどの近さにあり、フエ王宮もタクシーで5〜10分だから悪くない。

コストパフォーマンスを考えれば、特になし。

La struttura è molto pulita e il personale è gentilissimo.Per spostarci da Hue a Hoi An abbiamo chiesto alla reception di prenotarci un’auto privata.Ci hanno assegnato un autista (Peter Quang) che ci ha accompagnato fino alla destinazione finale con alcune bellissime soste intermedie che non avremmo altrimenti visitato.Peter è un autista competente, affidabile, gentile e simpatico e ci ha raccontato molte cose interessanti sul Vietnam e i posti che stavamo visitando. Consigliamo di chiedere di lui.

Très bon hôtel où il est agréable de séjourner
Pros:

Le personnel de l’hôtel est et au petit soin pour les clients. Les valises nous sont montés dans la chambre. L’hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité directe des restaurants/ bars et des lieux touristiques.
Chambres très spacieuses

Cons:

1 seul ascenseur dans l’hôtel ce qui peu causer un peu d’attente.
L’insonorisation des chambres est assez faible (notamment la porte de la chambre): ce n’ai pas de la faute de l’hôtel mais à mon étage une famille avait loué plusieurs chambres et passaient de chambre en chambre en claquant les portes et parlant fort ce qui est un peu dérangeant
