La habitación amplia bien decorada e iluminada
La pastelería del desayuno bastante limitada algo general en Vietnam
Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt par le bus de nuit. Ils nous ont guidé vers l’étage de la piscine pour nous donner la possibilité de nous rafraîchir. Nous pouvions également terminer notre nuit dans les salles de massage merci 🙏. L’hôtel est très bien placé, dans une petite rue, au calme. Les chambres sont grandes et la piscine sur le rooftop avec une vue à 360 et sur le soleil couchant est tout simplement waou.
One of my favorite hotels in Vietnam , so clean and the room was massive with a private balcony , bed was super comfy and lots of choice for breakfast, on a nice quiet alley
The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. They gave us some juice on arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of options and opened early which was great for people doing early morning excursions. Lots of restaurants nearby.
The breakfast room was cramped. It would be better to put serving utensils on serving dishes rather than on top of the food itself for hygienic reasons.

The staff were so friendly, they offered cold juice and helped us parking the scooter and helped us booking a driver.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment idéal pour la walking street et à une bonne vingtaine de minutes à pied de la cité impériale. Le personnel est très gentil et à notre écoute. Gros plus pour la piscine très sympa avec vue sur la ville et le bar

Location down alleyway, everything within walking distance. The staff were wonderful, thanks to Nhi, Theo and Cam. Good value for money.

Weather was extremely hot, making pool feel like a warm bath but that’s what’s expected this time of year.
