Staff were incredible. Very nice stay

The location was excellent as was the hospitality of the front desk and the staff.

The room was very comfortable.

The breakfast very good, I only wish we had booked two nights as this was one of the best hotels of our time in Vietnam.

This is a very nice hotel,the room was well appointed and clean with a very comfortable bed.
The staff were fantastic,very welcoming and super helpful.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely hotel.

Zimmer, Ausstattung, Lage, Frühstück... alles super! Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Frauen an der Rezeption, die sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, offen und kompetent für jede Frage waren.

Alles 🥰 super personal sehr gute englisch Kenntnisse. Das Frühstück war absolut super lecker. So viel Auswahl ❤️🥰 Zimmer waren sauber und der Pool war auch toll . Kann es nur empfehlen

Das Zimmer war schön und groß, die Betten gemütlich und auch das Bad hat gepasst. Genug Tageslichteinfall durch ausreichend Fenster gab es auch. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Pool auf dem Dach war mit 4 Liegen versehen und auch sauber, lediglich ein paar Blüten schwammen an der Oberfläche. Sehr schön war auch die Hotelbaar auf dem Dach mit tollem Ausblick über die Stadt. Hier haben wir zu fairen Preisen abends gemütlich ein leckere frisch zubereitete Fruchtsäfte genießen können. Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Von der Begrüßung an der Tür, dem excellebten Frühstück, dem stillvoll eingerichteten und geräumigen Zimmer, über den erfrischenden Pool, den Fantastischen Massagen im Spa, tollen Drinks im Begrünten Cafe auf dem Dach bis zum top Personal das hilfsbereit, aber nie aufdringlich war. Habe mich so wohl gefühlt, dass ich spontan verlängert habe. Auch die Lage war optimal für mich, -Zentral aber in ruhiger Seitenstraße mit allem, das einem das Reisen noch angenehmer macht. Der entspannte Teil des Flusses auch um die Ecke.

We stayed here for two nights and from the moment we arrived, staff were amazing assisting us with information about accommodation and local attractions.

The rooms were lovely with a great shower (good water pressure) and daily housekeeping if you required.

Accommodation also has a rooftop bar and pool which is lovely to cool down in after exploring with various areas to sit and relax.

Price for laundry and mini bar were quite reasonable. They also have massage services which we didn’t get an opportunity to use.

Location wise - it’s right next to walking street district, has a couple of excellent local eateries nearby and a mini mart across the road and about 2km to Huong River promenade.

Would recommend and look forward to returning again to enjoy the hotels fantastic hospitality.
