Ausstattung mit Kitchenette und Größe des Zimmers

Cons:

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Hotel, am ersten Morgen hatten sowohl die Reinigungskraft als auch eine "Kontrolldame", die wenige Minuten später kam, um zu fragen, ob der Service schon bei uns gewesen sei, gebeten, erst nach der dritten Nacht, nach unserer Abreise wiederuukommen. Beide hatten unsere Bitte wiederholt und verstanden.
Dennoch: als wir am Abend des zweiten Tages zurück kamen, müssten wir feststellen, dass das von uns gemachte Bett wie neu aussah, dass der Müll geleert und die Handtücher, die wir ordentlich zum Trocknen aufgehängt hatten, gewechselt waren.

Wir empfinden das Eindringen Fremder in einen von uns gemieteten Raum und das Umräumen unserer Sachen, insbesondere der Betten, nicht als Service sondern als unangenehm Übergriff. Noch dazu, nachdem wir ausdrücklich darum gebeten hatten, dies zu unterlassen.

- Bitte optimieren Sie die Weitergabe von Informationen innerhalb des Personals.
- Bitte fragen Sie beim Einchecken, ob und wann der Zimmerservice erwünscht ist.
- Bitte nehmen Sie die Bitten und Bedürfnisse Ihrer Gäste ernst.
- Bitte gehen Sie sparsamer mit Ressourcen wie Personaleinsatz, Arbeitszeiten, Handtücher, Waschmaschinenleistungen etc um

Schoon hotel met vriendelijk personeel en ruime kamers.
Pros:

Mooie ruime hotelkamer met keukentje.

Cons:

Ontbijt kon iets beter en er waren wel wat zwervers/junks rondom het hotel.

Hatte keine große Erwartungen, da es sich um ein Standardhotel handelt aber es war echt schlecht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super

Cons:

Minibar ohne Sekt oder Wein, nur Bier. Zimmerservice gibt es nicht. Personal unfreundlich, Parkplatz musste bezahlt werden obwohl die Schranken oben waren.

La chambre était impeccable

Cons:

J'ai trouvé dommage que j'ai du rajouter 30 euros du à un changement de date d un jour car il y avait un match de foot qui a été décalé un jour avant ce n'étais donc pas quelque chose de personnel

Kamer was ruim voor 4 personen, douche was perfect.

Cons:

Ik ben geen fan van Dortmund, maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen.
Het hotel heeft veel goed gemaakt in service en ruimte en het ontbijt was ook goed.
