Pros:

De locatie en de prijs/kwaliteit was goed. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging is prima en kamers zijn ruimtelijk en de badkamer modern en ruimtelijk.

Cons:

De slaapbank waar de kinderen op sliepen had veringen die erg kraakte dus bij elke beweging schrokken we op.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war das Hotel in Ordnung, auch wenn es kleine Schwachstellen gab.
Pros:

Der Service im Hotel war exzellent: Das Personal hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war während des gesamten Aufenthalts überaus zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück im Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung und die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen solide. Allerdings haben wir für ein 4-Sterne-Haus das gewisse Extra oder eine etwas größere Auswahl vermisst, die man in dieser Hotelkategorie standardmäßig erwartet. Als solider Start in den Tag okay, aber eben nichts Besonderes.

En general, nuestra estancia fue agradable y el hotel tiene varios puntos muy positivos. La habitación era bastante grande y espaciosa, estaba muy limpia y la cama era especialmente cómoda. La ubicación también nos gustó mucho, ya que había un restaurante excelente justo enfrente del hotel y, además, desde allí se podía llegar fácilmente a muchos sitios.

También valoramos positivamente que el hotel disponga de zona de fitness.

Como aspectos a mejorar, echamos bastante de menos tener un bar o una zona agradable en la planta baja donde poder sentarnos y tomar algo al regresar por la noche. El hotel resulta bastante tranquilo y sin demasiado ambiente en ese sentido.

El desayuno también nos pareció bastante básico y con poca variedad para lo que esperábamos.

Otro detalle que nos sorprendió fue que no hubiera ni una pequeña botella de agua de cortesía en la habitación. Tratándose de un hotel de cuatro estrellas, creemos que sería un gesto sencillo pero muy agradecido por parte del cliente, sobre todo al llegar después de un viaje o regresar tarde por la noche.
