Pros:

住宿地點附近有百貨公司、夜市，走路十多分鐘可到捷運站。事前告知的話可有機械停車位。房間內空間舒適、冷氣夠冷、棉被夠暖、洗澡水壓水溫足夠，且有很大的電視相當理想!

Cons:

隔音的部分，是不會聽到外面的車流也不會被隔壁鄰居影響，但是夜間的時候會有水管流動的聲音，聲音雖然明顯但是頻率低，不影響住宿品質
