Cons:

No cash kept at hotel for change. This is very unfriendly to tourists if want to use cash. Even if card option only, then if it’s communicated, then it’s fine too

Perfectly located, great value for money, clean, and great staff
Pros:

Perfectly located. The staff were amazing and allowed us to check in early and get a drink as it was really hot. Shower pressure was amazing and bathrooms were very clean

Cons:

The shower doors in our room were broken and had come off the runner so they didn’t close properly and caused a bit of leakage. The TV also seemed faulty

Cons:

The room was cleaned daily, but the bathroom basin was dirty and blocked. The bed was uncomfortable because the mattress was very thin.

All expenses spared hotel in London.

Absolutely terrible. Not worth the price. Ants in the bed, literally zero facilities. Poor hygiene. No care taken in the decoration or condition of the room. Do not stay here.

Gardsn view was a small patch of grass surrounded by a barb wire fenxe and scaffolding, there was a dirty tissue on the windowsill and an empty drink cup. The reception looked me up and down like i was trash, i was not made to feel welcome, the tv stations available included other faith channels except Christianity, the area outside was full of homeless people or deliveroo drivers and there was piles of rubbish all over the street like broken electrical items food and old clothes

Great hotel for a one night travel stop over
Pros:

This hotel is brilliantly located for St Pancras Station. Within easy walking distance. It was surprisingly quiet at night. The room was small but had an ensuite and was clean. The staff were really helpful and the reception desk was manned 24)7. Good value for money.

Cons:

No lift so having to carry cases upstairs. No aircon on the hottest day of the year. No dining facilities but this was not a problem for us as we had an early train to catch

Lovely staff , great location , rooms have everything you need for a 1 night stay
Pros:

The staff were lovely and very chatty , water, fresh apples and biscuits left out in the room which was a great touch.

Cons:

The shower was broken, the water was boiling hot , temp would not go down atall , staff member tried to fix and did do something that brought the temp down for a short while allowing us to quickly get showers each but then it quite quickly went hot again , was told they are going to replace the shower In our lower level room
, steep stair cases for higher and lower level rooms due to building design so not easy with big Cases , and wouldn’t be great if you had mobility issues.
