受付の方がすごく丁寧。
ホテルもすごく綺麗だし、お湯もちゃんと出る。
なんていっても浴槽が広くて寝れる。

Rooms are nice. The cleaner could be a bit more detailed - there was a hair in my bathroom that definitely didn't belong to me, for example. The staff are typically Korean, which means they may not be the type of attentive that a typical westerner might expect. If they're busy on the phone when you arrive, they will remain busy on the phone when you arrive until they are done. A similar situation happened to me on arrival actually, as the two staff on duty were deeply involved in some conversation upon my arrival, and ignored me completely for several minutes. I actually left and came back a few minutes later. Not rude - just Korean! The nearest subway station is a substantial walk too - about 30 minutes. Very do-able, as it's a nice walk, but it isn't close.

So, rooms are nice, could be cleaner, location average, staff are Korean, overall not bad.

방에 정수기가 있어서 좋았고 욕조도 있어서 좋았습니다. 전체적으로 편했습니다

The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was amazing! There was a water dispenser/purifier in the room which was super convenient. The neighbourhood has everything you need within short walking distance, there are several convenience stores, cafes, restaurants and bus stops. There are a few gyms nearby as well as a lotte mart and a daiso. You can also hike Moraksan mountain which is nearby for epic views of the city.

I had an excellent time staying at this hotel for a week.
Very clean and comfortable place.
Staff is amazing.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to visit Korea.
