Cons:

The hotel didn't give us the booked room when we reached.They said booking is full. Then what is the meaning of the booking system in booking.com if booked rooms are not available when we reach the location and the room was booked two or three days before.Please remove such hotels if they don't value the booking system and there is no value of booking through booking.com if things are going like this. The manager was telling me the system is like this there is no guarantee if booked via booking.com and asking us to understand which does not make sense.
