The location of the hotel is excellent, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean upon arrival.

Cons:

The behavior of the restaurant and bar staff was extremely disappointing and often unfriendly.

The breakfast was far below expectations. There was only one type of toast bread available, and overall the selection and quality were very poor compared to other 4-star hotels.

The daily housekeeping service was inadequate. The bed was made every day, but the rest of the room was hardly cleaned, if at all.

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Clean and convenient. Over the road from the metro and the train to the airport. Breakfast was exceptional! Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Arrived early, stored our luggage and returned in the afternoon with our luggage in the room. I would stay there again.

Very good hotel in a noisy neighborhood.
Pros:

Very good hotel located near Roma Tiburtina train station. Shower was good, breakfast had a good selection of cold cuts, fruits and pastries, bed was comfortable, A/C worked fine, hotel personnel were friendly.

Cons:

Just be aware that they charge 30 Euros for early check in and the neighborhood is noisy. Loud music at 11pm on a Tuesday night. Police or ambulance sirens throughout the night.
