Funcional para un par de noches.
Pros:

La localización y el precio.

Cons:

El staff es poco diligente. Solo hacen housekeeping si lo solicitas. No separan bien habitaciones de fumadores de no fumadores (mi habitacion olía muchísimo a cigarrillo porque tenia un fumador al lado a pesar de que la planta era de no fumadores)

المكان ممتاز ويوم نزلت الاستقبال عرفت ان صاحب الفندق يجي الصباح ويتابع بنفسه والمكان يستحق الزيارة كل مره ولكن يجيب اختب

وصلت الساعه 2 الفجر بعد اداء مناسك الحج
أبلغت الموظف السيد/ عبدالعزيز أنني مرهق جدا وارغب في النوم وسالته عن موعد الخروج قال الساعه 2 ظهراً قولت تمام لكن رجاءاً حتي ذلك الوقت لا ارغب بالإزعاج عن طريق الجرس او الاتصال الهاتفي
قال هذه مع الشفت الثاني أنا بمشي 8 الصباح وانت بكيفك معهم قولت له تمام ممكن أشوف العقد
قال العقد ما فيه شي ولا حتي وزير السياحة يقدر يعترض عليه !!!!!!!
قسماً بالله قالها كدة باللفظ
قولت يا أخي ماهو وقته هذا الكلام اقولك تعبان وابغي انام والصباح ان شاء الله خير قال لا أنا اعلمك بس
سالته من متي وانت في الفندق قالي اربع شهور ( قولت واضح من استقبالك ) قال لكن قبل اشتغلت خمس سنوات في فنادق !!!!
فعلاً أسلوبه فظيع وغير لائق

قولت يا اخي بصراحة اسلوبك جاف جدا وتعاملك مع الضيوف صعب قالي حرفياً الضيف الله يحييه في بيتي !!!!!

( اتمني تكون الكاميرات تسجل صوت ليتم مراجعة الحوار من قبل المسؤولين بالفندق )

العجيب والشي اللي يستحق الثناء حارس الامن رجل ونعم الاخلاق يوم شافني كذا قال تقبل الله منكم الحج والحمدلله علي السلامه أبد استريح ونام الان وابشر بالخير في خدمتك

الموقع والنظافة

Cons:

قيمة الاجار. كان مرتفع بالإضافة إلى ان الموظف اضطرني للقبول بغرفة وصالة معيشة ومطبخ لكي ادفع سعر مضاعف عن اجار الغرفة التي قمت بحجزها من بوكنج واخبرني عند وصولي بانها ليست متوفرة موابدلني بغرفة وصالة ومطبخ رغم ان بوكنج اكد لي التوافر بالإضافة ثانيا لأيتم الرد على الهاتف بسهولة
