Pros:

The hospitality shown by the staff, particularly by Caren was mesmerizing,by giving us,as we are at our own home. The breakfast was excellent. We were permitted to check in much before our scheduled time.Nanda helped us for arranging local taxi in an economical way.In nut shell, every staff member was ready to make you smile.A big thanks to Caren who is like as my own daughter for making our stay memorable..
