Falta isolamento acústico mas ótimo atendimento na recepção.
Pros:

Otimo atendimento na recepção. Quarto normal, mas agradavel. Bom café da manha.

Cons:

Muito barulho vindo da BR101. Pelo nível do hotel poderia ter isolamento acústico.

Quarto são confortáveis, mas por ser na "beira da rodovia", pode causar um pouco de desconforto sonoro se mantiver janela aberta, mas a janela é antirruído e ajudou bastante. café da manhã bom, mas o da mesma rede em Criciuma era ainda melhor. Faltam opções sem gluten e sem lactose. O restaurante no térreo tem uma pizza deliciosa. Funcionários atenciosos.

Na saída pedi NF e a funcionária disse que quem manda nota era o Bockink, que o hotel nao fornece mais nota. Achei bem estranho, e no final do dia o próprio booking disse que a NF era o hotel que tinha que me dar. Tive que ficar correndo atraz de uma coisa que seria tao fácil.despreparo total.
