The place is very unhygienic. The staff is not accommodating

Cons:

They use AI generated photos, which doesn’t match the rooms at all. There was no cleanliness and very unsafe for a woman. The rooms on ground floor are extremely unsafe and terrible, the bed sheets had bad stains and the rooms had this really bad odour. I will not recommend anyone to stay here!

Pros:

One of the front desk staff was very rude. He wore studs in his ear and was around 5'6" or 5'7" in height. I don't know what's the matter with him; he acts as if he owns the place.

Cons:

The restaurant where breakfast is served is not within the same building. One has to walk out of the building and walk some distance in open towards restaurant. Hotel should plan for a bad weather scenario

overall it was good stay
Pros:

Although I have not paid extra money for any services, but the Manager / Person at the Reception was asking extra money for providing extra bed . I have booked my room for three adults. But after a long debate he was agreed and provided the extra bed on Zero cost. I should not be happened.

The staff, the restaurant, specially the staff, they were so polite, professional, and always ready to help, they even packed breakfast for us as we were checking out at 5AM in the morning.

Cons:

As we were 3 adults and booked a room, they did not provide us a extra mattress, other hotel with same range do provide mattress.
