A really lovely hotel, staff are fabulous and we truly enjoyed our stay

Cons:

Small issues every day. First, the staff upgraded our room for free, but we immediately found the water leak from ceiling so the room was change to other without upgrade; needed twice to program our door card because they stoped working; had to ask for room cleaning once because no-one came; found the cockroach one time in a bathroom; there is no lock on a bath door.
