A little to far from centre but still within walking distance
We had no internet for 2 days which seemed a long time to fix
Late check in of 3pm is less than ideal. Issues with TV and internet which was finally resolved after two hours. Staff didn't answer calls. Lovely hotel though.
The high floor room view was great! Nice, modern accommodation with everything you needed in a quiet part of the CBD. Breakfast was very good with very friendly staff.
The only thing we didn't like was when it rained, water dripped onto the metal window ledge making quite a loud echo into the room.
The staff were very accommodating and responsive to what I wanted to communicate and achieve on that particular stay. They were very invested in whether my partner and I had a good stay and even complimentarily upgraded our room! the service and communication was excellent and I cant wait to be back there eventually. Big word of appreciation to the staff they were amazing!
Everything was exactly as advertised. The rooms were comfortable, clean and stylish. Breakfast was cooked fresh rather than being a buffet (what you’d usually get at this type of hotel) and the staff were all friendly, with excellent service. Location was great, just 5 minutes walking from Rundle Mall and lots of bars and restaurants.
The only issue we had was with the in-room phone. We tried calling reception on multiple occasions but nobody answered. Eventually, I called from my mobile to the outside line and reached reception - I was told the in-room phones weren’t working. It would have been good to tell us that when we checked in or at any point in our stay.
The staff are very accommodating, the hotel is very well maintained and not outdated
