i asked for a twin room several weeks ago so assumed that was what i would be getting. that wasn't the case. It would have been good to have been told about that before the stay. But never mind.

De locatie is uitstekend, loopafstand metro/trein en bus.

Cons:

Het aanbod voor het ontbijt was prima, echter werd niets op tijd aangevuld en het bestek en servies was smoezelig, ook de tafeltjes werden laat schoongemaakt waardoor je niet zomaar een tafeltje kon nemen.

Lovely & pleasant, comfortable place 👍

The Receptionist was absolutely amazing, what a lovely young lady, so kind & happy, she went above & beyond to make my sons stay there a pleasurable experience, she is a massive asset to the company,
She gave 100% customer service & a pleasure to speak to, wish everyone was like this beautiful young lady, then the world would be a better place 😊😊
Her name was Ashley on reception 👍👍👍
