Pros:

El lobby y la ubicación

Cons:

El trato del personal - la habitación estaba muy sucia - llena de pelos - el ambientador era asfixiante - los baños llenos de orines - y el colchón se hundía totalmente. Estuve menos de tres horas y me cambié a otro lugar, no quisieron hacer la devolución a pesar de la queja, la señorita de la recepción tuvo un trato terrible conmigo y mi acompañante.

Una experiencia acogedora e incredible
Pros:

Instalaciónes impecables, agua caliente, privacidad, alojamiento acogedor, equipado con utensilios de cocina.

Cons:

Estacionamiento incomodo y incómodo, no donde me estacione como tal si no llegar a mi estacionamiento, debido a que las columnas de las entradas de las rampas del descenso y ascenso eran muy angostas (principalmente la del descenso)

Cons:

The tall Reception darker skin girl at the front desk was extremely rude. She was not helpful. She forgot to give us our Wi-Fi code on our way to the hotel room. We had to walk all the way back down to get it. She seemed careless about our concerns. It was a very bad experience seeing that this person doesn’t smile this person was just completely rude to me and my guest.

Cozy apartment for a comfy stay.
Pros:

The space was nice and clean and well equipped.

Cons:

The couch and fabrics were already worn down from many uses, so that part did not feel clean. The shower is also a bit worn down. The quality of the fixtures is not very durable.

El pais carece de educacion en atencion al cliente, no es solo el hotel.
Pros:

Algun personal mas o menos amable pero la mayoria de ellos carecen de educacion de atencion al cliente. Pero eso es general en el pais. Sin embargo eso hace que uno no desee volver.

Quand on est arrivé le réceptionniste dormait et a pris du temps à se réveiller, la procédure d enregistrement a pris énormément de temps
Le gardien était très désagréable, il nous a accompagné à notre chambre mais s’est trompé de chemin, ensuite il ne savait même pas comment déverrouiller la porte avec le système de sécurité. Pire expérience de ma vie j’ai eu l’impression que nous étions dans un motel heureusement que nous étions là que pour une nuit, car il y a avait beaucoup de trop de choses qui n allaient pas.
