Highly Recommended: Fantastic Team and Welcoming Atmosphere
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at Somerset Al Mansoura and wanted to share my appreciation for the incredible service. The entire team does a wonderful job, but I’d like to give a special mention to Chaimaa, Ruhel, Ishari, and Barath.
Specifically, Chaimaa and Ruhel were amazing—they always had a smile on their faces and a very welcoming personality that made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their professionalism and warmth truly stood out. Thank you all for making my stay so memorable!

Cons:

There were only two pillows per bed. I wish they could increase a little more comfort by adding more pillows.
