Goed ontbijt

Cons:

Het blijkt bij aankomst dat we hier spreken over een digitaal hotel. Op zich is dit geen probleem, echter we konden geen deurbel vinden. Deze was niet duidelijk herkenbaar als je voor de deur staat. Nadat we deze vonden en de deur open was werden we verwelkomt door een Hologram die door de speakers minder goed tot slecht te verstaan was. Digitaliseren is goed maar dit was net te veel waardoor de aankomst een minder goede indruk maakte en wat uitdagingen vergde voor we naar de kamer konden.

Het pand is heel sfeervol maar de hotelervaring erg onpersoonlijk, slechte prijs-kwaliteitverhouding
Pros:

De locatie in het centrum was mooi. De ontbijtruimte was gezellig en het ontbijt was goed. De koffie uit een automaat was matig. De kamers waren klein maar wel gezellig. De badkamer was ook extreem klein. Alles is wel schoon.

Cons:

De ontvangst met een virtuele receptioniste die in Amsterdam zat, was enorm onpersoonlijk en duurde lang. Het begon eigenlijk al buiten, waar je voor een gesloten deur staat. Na wat zoeken en op 2 bellen drukken was er een stem die onze boeking erbij pakte en de deur opende. Daarnaast had ik 1 boeking voor 4 personen gemaakt maar moest ik 4x betalen.
Tapijt op de trap en in de gang was smoezelig. Lange mensen (> 1,75) moeten uitkijken bij deuren en trappen, want je loopt makkelijk tegen balken/kozijnen aan.

Prachtig hotel, de incheck is erg onpersoonlijk omdat dat via een chat gaat. Kamer erg klein.

We kwamen rond half 5 aan en er was niemand aanwezig, dus alleen online receptie, best raar. Dan mis je toch wat service.
