When I got there they didn't have the room that I paid for. They said Booking .com is famous for selling rooms that they don't have available. So I didn't receive my money back or a discount from neither party so I decided to do business with Booking.com anymore. They told me they were going to give me back my money and nothing was ever done. So I start using Expedia

Pros:

The room was clean, smelled really good, well kept. Loved the location as well.

Cons:

The staff seemed dismissive and not wanting to be bothered. House keeping was very nice and professional.

Cons:

There is a African American women that works to front desk who is very very rude. She spoke with me very nasty and I heard her also speak to other guys very nasty. Guest services gets zero stars from me!

Nothing blind sided by price the first time u stayed then the second was told I was banned when I did nothing wrong then when I asked why I was told they can’t tell me.
