Cold.
Pros:

Having a kitchen area.

Cons:

There was no hot water. The young woman at checkin was not respective to any questions. Due to the conference we were there for no other hotels were available nearby. The woman when we checked out was very kind and asked us to contact through our third party for a refund. This did not happen.

Breakfast I took the only yogurt, hopefully there were more for other guests. The blueberry muffin was a bit dry. Addition of toast, cream cheese or peanut butter and juice would be an improvement.

Girls at desk were lovely!

Cons:

Tv did not work entire stay. The girls did try VERY HARD! They were lovely but no tv was a drag. Also room was so minimalist it was really cold. Not cozy
