Horrible customer service! Rude staff! We had blood stained sheets! We were promised our bill would be adjusted and nothing was done! Absolute empty promises. Never ever stay here.

When I got there they didn't have the room that I paid for. They said Booking .com is famous for selling rooms that they don't have available. So I didn't receive my money back or a discount from neither party so I decided to do business with Booking.com anymore. They told me they were going to give me back my money and nothing was ever done. So I start using Expedia

Pros:

The room was clean, smelled really good, well kept. Loved the location as well.

Cons:

The staff seemed dismissive and not wanting to be bothered. House keeping was very nice and professional.
